As you can see I have created a copy of the Cat for you to continue to bicker, argue and occasionally make a reasonable point.
I do hope a solution is found with the original Cat but just in case Sinc doesn’t want to transfer the site to a new generation I have built a replica before the closure so we can migrate as many of the community across as possible.
Programming Note: I rushed out the site so there will be bugs. I can get them fixed but did not want perfection to get in the way for progress.
Community Note: Please let as many cats know of the new blog as soon as possible so we can capture the magic of the original. In particular would love for the original posters to continue their great work here.
Ideological Note: I am an infrequent poster but long time reader of the Cat. The discussions there have been a huge part of my own ideological growth on many issues. In particular free speech is key for me so will have a very similar light touch to the original Cat, potentially adopting my one policy on an earlier forum I built: “No D***heads” which is subjective but surprisingly easy to implement.
Website Note: I will run the Cat as close to possible as the original because I don’t believe in re-inventing the wheel. However if the community so wants I am happy to make changes to improve the experience so if you have any ideas let me know. For anything specific hit me up at the contact form, else go nuts in the comments.

Saw my first vaxx reaction patient the other night.
Lethargy, fever, mild hypotension, inappetance.
Occurred within an hour of the second AZ vacc.
Had a similar reaction after first jab, but much milder, lasted four days.
This time “ten times worse”.
Looks like the doc at ED was going to do a D-dimer to see if the patient has clotting happening.

A barrister acting for Ben Roberts-Smith in the war veteran’s defamation trial has urged the Federal Court to admit into evidence WhatsApp messages that allegedly show a key witness for Nine newspapers, Afghan villager Mohammed Hanifa, gave an “inconsistent statement” while under cross-examination last week.
On Monday, Arthur Moses, SC, acting for Mr Roberts-Smith, said WhatsApp messages obtained by the war veteran’s legal team suggested Mr Hanifa, who claimed he witnessed a “big soldier” kick his step-uncle Ali Jan off a cliff, was told by an Afghan official that he could “receive compensation” for Ali Jan’s death.
Last week, Mr Hanifa repeatedly denied giving false evidence during cross-examination about a September 2012 raid on Darwan, and the circumstances surrounding the alleged killing of Ali Jan, who he claims was kicked off a cliff by a big “blue-eyed” soldier and then shot dead by Australian troops behind a berry tree.
In an at times fiery cross-examination, Mr Hanifa was accused by Bruce McClintock, SC, acting for Mr Roberts-Smith, of discussing the possibility of obtaining compensation for Ali Jan’s death with the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission.
At a case management hearing on Monday, Mr Moses told the court that WhatsApp messages from December last year indicated the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission had “mentioned” to Mr Hanifa that “if Ali Jan is your brother or father, file your complaint” and “compensation will be provided.”
He said a representative for Nine in Afghanistan had told the media company’s legal team via Whatsapp about the alleged communication between Mr Hanifa and the Afghan Human Rights Commission.
“The HRC director tells Hanifa some compensation will be provided to affected families by Australians through the HRC in Tarin Kowt,” Mr Moses said.
“He (was) told that there were two groups against each other and one group is facing justice.”
When asked by Mr McClintock last week if he had spoken with anyone from the human rights agency about compensation for Ali Jan’s death, Mr Hanifa said: “I haven’t done that, I haven’t talked to anyone.”
In fact, Mr Moses told the court, the Afghan villager had “spoken to the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission”, had been told that compensation “would be provided to affected families”, and was also told that “if Ali Jan was your father or your brother you could file the complaint.”

Venues will soon be able to ask patrons for proof of coronavirus vaccinations
Pubs, hairdressers and even sports stadiums could soon be allowed to ask patrons to show proof of Covid vaccination as a condition of entry but only if the states agree to enact new public health orders.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison has again confirmed the controversial idea is a live option currently being weighed by the national cabinet.
But he stressed it is currently illegal to ask customers their vaccination status and business owners should not put any restrictions in place until any future reforms are finalised and enacted.
“The law doesn’t allow for that, I should stress. I mean unless there’s a public health order. Just like it wouldn’t allow someone to be stopped from going to a venue. That’s my advice,” the Prime Minister told 5AA radio in Adelaide.
“But state governments can put those in place. Phase B of the plan is all about ensuring that those who have been vaccinated do get exempted from restrictions.”
On Friday, the Prime Minister outlined a new road map for the Covid recovery that requires all the states to get to a 70 per cent target for vaccinations.
But it’s under the second phase of that road map known as ‘Phase B’ that “special rules” would allow greater freedoms for the vaccinated when the vaccination rate reaches 80 per cent in state jurisdictions.
Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce warned on Sunday that some business owners wanted the right to ask customers if they have been vaccinated.
“People in private enterprise are going to say ‘look I’ve got rights here too’,” Mr Joyce told Sky News.
“’If you want to come into my barber shop, or my childcare facility …then I have a right to say, maybe, have you been inoculated’?
“And if you say you haven’t, I have got a right as the owner of the shop to say I can’t have you sitting in a seat next to someone who has.”
The Prime Minister said it was “a fair question” and an issue that was being considered by national cabinet.
This is exactly what we all said would happen. But how about the bit that “I have got a right as the owner of the shop to say I can’t have you sitting in a seat next to someone who has”. Surely the person who is unvaccinated has the higher risk? Apparently not.
And as for the matter being considered by National Cabinet, I will bet my socks the matter has already been considered by National Cabinet and a decision to proceed already made.

The vax passport will also contain a lot of personal information about you and your personal profile linked with your social media activities, ending up somewhere with a “score” of your compliance to the acceptable social “norms”. You score outside the approved score band and your vax certificate may be up for review or restricted, along with things like PayPal accounts, Twitter and Fb posting content restrictions and such. Pretty much 100% electronic surveillance and mobility controls. The tech all exists, it’s just a matter of getting the regulatory world aligned without spooking the horses. The frogs are on the streets over this.

I’m not a computer expert but those who have knowledge in this area may be able to comment:
The current QR code. How difficult (or not) to ‘re-program’ the code so when you check in, it displays a ‘tick’ or ‘cross’ on a remote terminal to indicate your vaccination status?
I’m thinking of the methodology to mass screen thousands at a large venue. It isn’t practical for every person to be asked/checked on their vaccination status – there has to be a method to check hundreds per minute.

It is a difficult one, because they are so committed to vaccination, in mind and practice, that I remain unconvinced that they will not “massage” the numbers.
OS reports do “suggest” that vaccination may prevent more serious development of the infection, although even its advocates do not deny that there are many “vaccine breakthroughs”.
But that is not the point for those of us who are resisting vaccination with the gene technology vaccines. But our difficulty is that the polls and their minions largely flatly refuse to even discuss the extent of adverse reactions, let alone ADEs.

Nullifying Nuremberg

This latter element requires that, before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject, there should be made known to him the effects upon his health or person, which may come from his participation in the experiment.

All COVID vaccines emergency authorized by the FDA have not yet been approved and are experimental, as they have undergone no long-term safety trials. Safety data are being partially collected in real time as adverse events are reported to VAERS. The tenets of the Nuremberg Code apply here as these vaccines are — by definition — a medical experiment being administered worldwide.
Given that, the explicit statement in #1 that subjects not be subject to coercion raises the question: does the threat of losing one’s job, not being able to attend college, or not being able to travel or attend a live event constitute coercion? Does the president of the United States urging Americans to “get the shot” and then threatening to send emissaries door to door to “encourage” it constitute coercion? Is it coercion to establish two Americas in which one half that chooses vaccination gets to eschew masks and move about freely, while the other half that doesn’t must stay masked and have their essential freedoms proscribed?
Later in #1, the text explicitly states that the subject must be made aware of “the effects upon his health or person.” This is known as informed consent: patients need to be made fully aware of the potential dangers of a medical procedure in keeping with the Hippocratic oath. There have been many reports of adverse events from the COVID vaccines, including Bell’s palsy, seizures, blood clotting, heart inflammation, and death. How many people reading this who got the vaccine had these potential side effects explained to them before getting jabbed? How many were afforded informed consent?
The second bullet point dictates the experiment (COVID vaccine) “should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation.” In an alarming break with decades of convention, the Pfizer and Moderna animal trials were run concurrently with human trials. The human trials were not a result of animal trials, giving the manufacturers a chance to make safety adjustments, which constitutes a violation of the Nuremberg Code.
The fifth bullet point states that no experiment (the experimental vaccine in this case) should be given if there’s reason to believe it could cause a disabling injury or death. With over 400,000 adverse events and 9,000 unconfirmed deaths from COVID vaccines reported to VAERS, is there reason to believe the COVID vaccines violate the Nuremberg Code in yet another way?
The eighth bullet point emphasizes the “highest degree of skill and care” by “scientifically qualified persons” when administering the vaccine. Do pharmacists fit that profile? Do school nurses? How about the folks jabbing people motoring through drive-thru clinics? Does the fact that they all enjoy total liability protection from vaccine injury and death give pause?
The last bullet point emphasizes that the administering agent should exercise caution in fulfillment of the Hippocratic oath by terminating treatment if there is reason to believe that further treatment could cause “injury, disability or death.” There are countless stories of people having an adverse reaction to the first of two shots — but being encouraged to continue with the second shot anyway. Many of these unfortunates suffered debilitating, lifelong injuries — or death — after the second vaccine. Meanwhile, instances of doctors or health care workers erring on the side of caution and advising against the second shot for these vulnerable patients are vanishingly rare.
It is increasingly clear that the powerful principles and precepts of the Nuremberg Code have been flouted, even decimated, by those seeking to push the COVID vaccines on every single person on Earth. Foremost among these is the caution against coercion. Those who resist the anti-American and anti-human idea of a one-size-fits-all medical treatment are freedom-fighters for the obvious and inherent right to choose for themselves. That this is no longer self-evident is deeply alarming.
It is a well-worn aphorism that those who forget their past are condemned to repeat it. Despite mounting evidence of serious adverse events and death, are we doing just that in our increasingly desperate attempts to use coercion to vaccinate absolutely everyone?

Governments have been authorised to do “whatever it takes” to protect the community from a pandemic. Parliaments did this deliberately. They recognised public health emergencies demand decisive and authoritarian leadership; measures implemented that would otherwise be unthinkable in a free democracy.
These temporary powers are some of the most remarkable on the statute book. They override fundamental principles of consent and bodily integrity. This includes the normal assumption of our legal system that every competent person is entitled to refuse medical treatment.
At federal level, the Biosecurity Act enables the government to impose medical treatment on any person to protect the broader community. The law is explicit in saying this extends to requiring a person to receive “a specified vaccination”. Refusing to do so can attract five years in jail.
State powers are just as extensive. In NSW, the Public Health Act contains a catch-all provision that takes effect when the government “considers on reasonable grounds that a situation has arisen that is, or is likely to be, a risk to public health”. A minister can “take such action” and “may by order give such directions” they consider necessary. NSW uses this power almost daily to impose an array of health orders that underpin the latest lockdown.
There are few checks and balances on powers of this kind. Indeed, parliaments have often gone out of their way to exclude the normal forms of scrutiny, such as parliamentary disallowance and review by the courts or administrative bodies. This can leave one last argument that the measures breach the Constitution. It is the only source of law with the authority to override these parliamentary enactments.

From a government perspective, there is no such thing as having too much information on the population. Everybody can be categorised by ethnicity, sex, gender (if applicable), salaried or self employed, taxation records, assets, political affiliations, social media profile, licences (inc firearms), social security data, health, religious affiliations, outstanding debts, criminal convictions (or acquittals), passport usage and a host of other data sets.
The reasons to accumulate this data are obvious.
I don’t think a massive global database is proposed, but our modern world allows and probably encourages data capture by government. People post their photos on FB and other social media that have geo data attached to the photo. Putting aside photos, most people have the location feature on their mobile phone turned on so they can be tracked by the authorities to with a metre, in real time.
Nothing to hide so nothing to fear? Sure. For now. Do you trust the government not to misuse the data? Do you trust that it is secure?

No to the last bit. Latest Pfizer study at six months post-vaccination: 15 died in vax group, 14 died in unvax control group. Seeing the same numbers in the UK data, slightly higher death rate for vaccinated (although UK would be mostly AZ).
As it keeps failing against Delta they push it more frantically.
