This Pivotal Moment – Episode 1

The proposed global rollout of Vaccine Passports has nothing to do with your health. Vaccine Passports are a Trojan horse being used to create a completely new type of controlled and surveilled society in which the freedom we enjoy today will be a distant memory. It’s time to stop this plan in its tracks

Limiting access for the unvaxed to public places will likely breach the Disability Discrimination Act

Your correspondent has no idea what the other Australian States and Territories intend to do with their unvaccinated. Throw them to the thylacines, possibly.

But whatever any of the States and Territories intend to do with their unvaccinated; they all face a legal limitation: the Disability Discrimination Act 1992

The Nuremberg Code And Its Impact On Clinical Research

The Nuremberg Code is one of the most influential documents in the history of clinical research.

Created more than 70 years ago following the notorious World War II experiments, this written document established 10 ethical principles for protecting human subjects.

What Are The Nuremberg Code’s Ethical Guidelines For Research?

The Nuremberg Code aimed to protect human subjects from enduring the kind of cruelty and exploitation the prisoners endured at concentration camps. The 10 elements of the code are:

    1/ Voluntary consent is essential
2/ The results of any experiment must be for the greater good of society
3/ Human experiments should be based on previous animal experimentation
4/ Experiments should be conducted by avoiding physical/mental suffering and injury
5/ No experiments should be conducted if it is believed to cause death/disability
6/ The risks should never exceed the benefits
7/ Adequate facilities should be used to protect subjects
8/ Experiments should be conducted only by qualified scientists
9/ Subjects should be able to end their participation at any time
10/ The scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment when injury, disability, or death is likely to occur

Why COVID vaccine mandates are completely nonsensical

A study from UC Davis and UCSF authors published on October 5, 2021 show conclusively that the viral loads are exactly the the same in vaccinated and unvaccinated.

“No Significant Difference in Viral Load Between Vaccinated and Unvaccinated, Asymptomatic and Symptomatic Groups Infected with SARS-CoV-2 Delta Variant.

The data gathered in this study during the surge of the Delta variant strongly support the notion that neither vaccine status nor the presence or absence of symptoms should influence the recommendation and implementation of good public health practices, including mask wearing, testing, social distancing, and other measures designed to mitigate the spread of SARS-CoV-2.”

In other words, the latest data from UCSF shows that basing public health practices on vaccination status is nonsensical. A person who is unvaccinated is just as likely to have and spread COVID as someone who is vaccinated. They are no different. If they were different, we’d see it clearly in that study (which sampled people at random times).

COVID-19: stigmatising the unvaccinated is not justified

In the USA and Germany, high-level officials have used the term pandemic of the unvaccinated, suggesting that people who have been vaccinated are not relevant in the epidemiology of COVID-19. Officials’ use of this phrase might have encouraged one scientist to claim that “the unvaccinated threaten the vaccinated for COVID-19”.1
But this view is far too simple.

Evidence does not justify mandatory vaccines
    – everyone should have the right to informed choice

As doctors and health professionals, many of whom work in the NHS, we would like to express our opposition to anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccination being mandated for any group of people, including health and care workers. We agree with the House of Lords committee that the evidence is insufficient to justify this measure, but the government and Parliament do not appear to be listening and mandatory vaccines for NHS staff looks likely to be passed into law this week.

Vaccination will be given only with the consent of the person to be vaccinated after the information provided. Please get vaccinated of your own decision, understanding both the effectiveness in preventing infectious diseases and the risk of side effects. No vaccination will be given without consent. Please do not force anyone in your workplace or those who around you to be vaccinated, and do not discriminate against those who have not been vaccinated.

Japan Leads the G-7 in Covid Shots Without a Mandate in Sight

While France and other European nations mandated that citizens be vaccinated to get into restaurants, shopping malls, trains and planes, Japan has done relatively little nationwide to push the shots. Officials handed out gifts, vouchers and travel discounts as incentives in some places, but ultimately they let people make up their own minds.

    No Mandates

Forged in the aftermath of World War II, Japan’s constitution enshrines civil liberties. For practical purposes, that means it hasn’t deployed lockdowns or compulsory mask rules as part of its pandemic approach. It’s taken the same approach to vaccination, with the health ministry discouraging discrimination against the unvaccinated and shot requirements in the workplace.

“Even if your company asks you to get vaccinated, you can choose not to if you do not want to,” the ministry says in a question and answer section of the government’s Covid-19 response website.
