So clearly, here it’s a risk of adverse reaction vs risk of contracting covid situation.

Yes it is a trade off, except you’re not numerate enough to appreciate the lopsidedness of the two comparables.

Vaxing means your chances of dying are around 1 in million or higher. Getting the vax means there is the 1 in a million risk, but it also means the virus symptoms are much more mellow compared to the unvaxed.

Here’s your problem though. 85%.. read that again.. 85% of us (the world population ) will at some stage contract the Chinese bio-weapon virus.

Plus the inevitable sanctions and restrictions coming for the unvaxxed. A devils formula is being presented to us.

I’m sure it’s very taxing and appears to be a devil’s formula to you, Mak.

Zach Rolfe murder trial to go ahead as planned unless High Court intervenes before Monday

The murder trial of NT Police officer Zach Rolfe will go ahead as planned on Monday, pending an 11th hour bid for intervention by the High Court of Australia.

    Jason Walls, NT News
    Subscriber only

THE murder trial of NT Police officer Zach Rolfe will go ahead as planned on Monday, pending an 11th hour bid for intervention by the High Court of Australia.

Rolfe has pleaded not guilty to the unlawful killing of 19-year-old Kumanjayi Walker in a police shooting in Yuendumu during an arrest gone wrong in 2019.

On Thursday, Crown prosecutor Philip Strickland SC applied for the trial to be stayed to allow the High Court to hear an application for an appeal of an earlier ruling of the NT Supreme Court which found an immunity defence under section 148B of the Police Administration Act could be put to the jury.

Mr Strickland said the decision to allow the “good faith” defence was “manifestly wrong” as it was inconsistent with a similar provision in the Criminal Code that requires police officers’ actions to be reasonable for the immunity to apply.

“If it is correct, a police officer could shoot a suspect dead and avoid criminal liability under s148B if a jury finds a reasonable possibility he was, in good faith, performing a core function,” he said.

“Those functions are very broadly couched — maintaining social order, protecting life, preventing the commission of an offence.”

Mr Strickland said the reasonableness clause in the Criminal Code provision served “to protect the citizens of the NT against the excessive use of force” by police.

“We say the effect of the full bench ruling is, really, to very significantly widen the immunity in s148B and in effect, to undermine those protective provisions in the Criminal Code by removing the issue of reasonableness,” he said.

In reply, Rolfe’s barrister David Edwardson QC said there was “no reason” to suspect any error in the reasoning of the Supreme Court judges, “who were all fiercely in agreement on this particular question”.

“There is, in our respectful submission, absolutely no reason to think that the High Court is likely to intervene and particularly at this stage when the trial has already commenced,” he said.

“The notion that my client would have his trial put off into the ether for a very significant and potentially substantial period of time cannot and should not be countenanced.”

In declining to grant the stay, Justice Dean Mildren said he thought the prospect of success in the High Court was “limited” and on balance, the trial should proceed.

“The accused has now had the spectre of the most serious charge known to the law threatening his liberty for almost two years,” he said.

“Approximately 50 witnesses have endured the uncertainty of the requirement of having to give evidence at the same time.

“In the case of the police witnesses, the deleterious impact of the burden of giving evidence in relation to the actions of a colleague is self-evident.

“In the case of the civilian witnesses in the community at Yuendumu, it could be fairly said that the burden is equally if not more intolerable.”

Justice Mildren said the Crown could still lodge an appeal after the trial was complete, although any decision on the application of s148B at that point would not affect an acquittal.

“Although it will not be of much comfort to the Crown in this case, it will resolve the question of law for the future, should the High Court decide to grant special leave,” he said.

But Mr Strickland said he would now apply for the High Court to grant a stay of its own, either on Friday or before the trial is due to begin on Monday morning.

Double-jabbed people who catch the Indian variant are just as likely to develop symptoms and spread Covid as the unvaccinated, a major study has found.

The Oxford University research suggests herd immunity is ‘unachievable’ because vaccines do not significantly reduce transmission of the virus.

Although fully vaccinated people are significantly less likely to be infected, those who do get Covid have a similar peak ‘viral load’ as the unvaccinated.

This means infected people ‘shed’ the same amount of virus when they cough or sneeze, regardless of whether or not they have been jabbed.

Experts said the findings strengthened the argument for a ‘booster’ Covid jab programme this autumn.

However, the study stressed that two doses remain remarkably effective at preventing death and hospitalisation.

    Another argument against vaccination passports.

For the bloke who takes on the might of 2HD/2SM, I find that very hard to believe! 😁

Martin, who’s a patents expert, was interviewed by Fuellmich for a case Fuellmich has lodged in the German courts (21/6/21). He’s taken 12 months of evidence from various science/medical/legal experts. Martin said the patents lodged in the USA patent’s office show that the vaccines were patented before the virus was released at the Wuhan lab.

In the vid, he goes through all the patents, explaining what they mean and how this all happened, as well as explaining the importance of the PCR test and what the Delta strain is in relation to the original virus.

It’s one hour of actual watching – you can fast forward through the bits when Fuellmich is translating for his German audience.

The second vid is Fuellmich speaking directly to the camera to explain his case, which is that the various governments of the world, the WHO etc have relied on a faulty PCR test – which is not fit for purpose – to lockdown entire populations and claim that a pandemic actually exists. It’s 45 minutes.

The last vid is, as I said, a British undertaker explaining what happened in the UK – when watched with the other two in mind you can see how the pharmaceutical companies (specifically Moderna) piggybacked on the Wuhan virus, which did kill people, though early last year and then it was over.

But by then, China had shown to the rest of the world what needed – and because the WHO was/is in its back pocket, and Trump was president and he had f*cked up big pharma with his move to make US medicines cheaper for Americans, and the Dems wanted to use the pandemic to gain a big electoral advantage, and… and…you get the picture.

From these vids and others and lots of stuff put up on the Cat over months, if Fuellmich wins his case, imho it should be bigger than the Mueller investigation because it’s implications are global.

Hope that helps you to indulge me and take a look.

And as JC would say, cohenite, “I expect better things from you!”😁

Scientists from the University of Oxford have confirmed that the general performance of the two jabs is diminished by Delta, compared to the previously dominant Alpha variant, with vaccinated people likely to pass the virus on to others.

However, two doses of either jab still provides at least the same level of protection acquired through natural infection, and there is not yet clear evidence to suggest that the vaccines are failing to keep people infected with Delta out of hospital.

    The Tag-Teaming Smear Merchants.
[Long post, for those who don’t yet understand why & how they do it.]

I posted a short video originally posted by Tony Heller, who (as monty should know), is very much the bane of Greenies & their BS, yet somehow he tags Tony & myself as ‘Greenies’. Maybe it’s the worst insult he could think of at a pinch.

    I made no additional comment.
I highlighted the video title, who posted it and the text of the quote.

Of course JC couldn’t resist a favourite tactic of his, Notafan and a couple or few others’; scramble ‘quoting’, in order to accuse a target of something ‘wrong-thinky’.

He couldn’t directly abuse Tony Heller because too many cats who he doesn’t want off side when it comes to the take down of his targets, admire, respect & quote Tony Heller.

He also couldn’t respectfully engage in discussing why he believed Tony Heller was wrong to post that quote & why I should not have shared it.
That would defeat the purpose of JC’s outrage & insults.

His post was meant to signal to all, “Trash this poster lest you get the same abuse.”

… and good and faithful little servant of JC & Co. that monty is, he only knows that he should join in a pile on.

The fact of Afghanistan also being a money laundering hellhole for decades, is neither here nor there, it’s barely an aside to the purpose of my post – the world over, sellouts lie & will do anything to destroy those who expose them.

Yes, I was aware the chunks had taken out a patent for a vaccine early in 2020 while the demorats were still impeaching the great man:

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9658235/Chinese-scientist-filed-patent-COVID-vaccine-virus-declared-global-pandemic.html

And yeah, I get the point, that while Trump thought by relaxing regs and pulling influence he could accelerate the process, the actual mechanisms for the vaxxs were already in train.

There is a counter argument. The chunks realised what they had, either accidentally or deliberately released it while either working on a vaccine, or already having it, but when Trump got on the case prompting a variety of different vaccine types they lost that advantage which normal times of approval in the West would have given them. At the very least that undermining of the inscrutable bastards is credit to Trump.

On top of that you have the complicity of fauci and other yank interests in the chunk development of the virus and presumably the vaccine.

The chunk vaccines, Sinovac and Sinopharm, are both conventional vaccines and different from the mRNA vaccines by Pfizer and Moderna. AZ and J&J are usual vaxs but different from the chunk ones in their viral vectors.

Regardless we still don’t know the guts of this chunk virus; it’s mutating propensity is unusual as its range of infection consequent R0s.

Quite frankly BBS I don’t have a fucking clue what is going on. This chunk virus is a clusterfuck and afshitistan is straightforward by comparison; and head prefect and dot are single cell amoebas.

    Maybe 2015:

In 2015, an international team including two scientists from the institute published successful research on whether a bat coronavirus could be made to infect HeLa. The team engineered a hybrid virus, combining a bat coronavirus with a SARS virus that had been adapted to grow in mice and mimic human disease. The hybrid virus was able to infect human cells.[13][16]

This fellow alleges Israel is three months ahead of everywhere else in terms of vaccination. Currently 65% of the population double vaccinated for a period of greater than three months. Surprisingly this sub-population makes up %65 of the hospital patients currently hospitalised with corona.

Whereas the recovered sub-population is roughly 9.5% of the population, however at present only make up 2% of those currently hospitalised. There’s another 1% recovered, vaccinated and hospitalised, however the sequence of events for this population is not clear.

Essentially natural immunity appears ( recovered people now ill again) appears to be far superior protection versus vaccinated persons, three months later. Hence, in reference to my post earlier today, being previously infected by Alpha strain results in antibodies that are perhaps four fold or more as protective as the $2 jobs conferred by vaccines when it comes to Delta.

Three months post vaccine, just as likely to get sick and hospitalised with Delta as an unvaccinated person. What is being put spruiked by the media about vaccinated means less chance of death and lesser severity of infection- well apparently conditionally for three months. Thereafter just as likely to be sic enough to be hospitalised. As pointed out in the video, do people really want a lifetime of regular medical interventions with booster shots?

Factoring in the 30% of people that can respond effectively to Corona with pre-existing antibodies to a formerly encountered corona relative, the whatever percent that are “molecularly inaccessible” to the virus due to genetic diversity and the fact that for most persons the illness is rather mild, seems to me corona was never and will never be the monster people have been led to believe it is.

Going off these Israeli numbers, if you do get sick a second time and end up in hospital, having been never vaccinated in the first place when infected- you are seriously unlucky.

This is an application of the black swan concept in climate science which disproves alarmism convincingly:

All great scientists understand they must argue both sides of the case, as they know it takes only one contradictory bit of observed evidence, a white swan, to disprove a hypothesis. The point is illustrated by the example used by Karl Popper. If your hypothesis is that all swans are black and you send out 100 assistants who return with 99 black and 1 white swan it does not mean your hypothesis has a 99% certainty of being proved. In fact it has been disproved to a certainty of 100%.
