Potentially The New Cat – First Open Thread 31 July 2021

Hi Cats,

As you can see I have created a copy of the Cat for you to continue to bicker, argue and occasionally make a reasonable point.

I do hope a solution is found with the original Cat but just in case Sinc doesn’t want to transfer the site to a new generation I have built a replica before the closure so we can migrate as many of the community across as possible.

Programming Note: I rushed out the site so there will be bugs. I can get them fixed but did not want perfection to get in the way for progress.

Community Note: Please let as many cats know of the new blog as soon as possible so we can capture the magic of the original. In particular would love for the original posters to continue their great work here.

Ideological Note: I am an infrequent poster but long time reader of the Cat. The discussions there have been a huge part of my own ideological growth on many issues. In particular free speech is key for me so will have a very similar light touch to the original Cat, potentially adopting my one policy on an earlier forum I built: “No D***heads” which is subjective but surprisingly easy to implement.

Website Note: I will run the Cat as close to possible as the original because I don’t believe in re-inventing the wheel. However if the community so wants I am happy to make changes to improve the experience so if you have any ideas let me know. For anything specific hit me up at the contact form, else go nuts in the comments.

    Not a problem Struth,

This is a CDC notice to all labs to stop using the Feb 2020 RT-PCR test and switch to a multiplexed method that can distinguish between various Covid viruses and influenza.

The way I read that is different. I think it means that CDC is switching to using a test that will scan for BOTH flu and Covid, rather than just Covid. The aim of doing so if course is that as Covid numbers wanes, a new ‘dangerous’ disease will have to emerge in order to justify masks, lockdowns, vax upgrades, and of course the one Ring to rule the all, the vax passport.

Having managed to ‘vaccinate’ all the provaxxers and the easily swayed, the only ones left to be given the injection are the antiWZV vaccine holdouts.
The Lords and Masters are now running into stiffening resistance, and along with the growing demands for vote recounts in the US, crowds protesting in the streets of Christendom, etc, it is beginning to look as if the bosses went too early and are now in the position of the apprentice cook with his fingers in the mincing machine – they only have one option and it’s gonna hurt.

LoL! They failed. Badly. You are just willing to be deluded because you think (falsely) getting vaxxed will let you go cruising.
The vaxxes don’t stop people getting the virus and don’t stop them passing it one. They may even be more likely to pass it on as they have higher viral loads before showing symptoms, according to emerging evidence.

    Eyrie,

Yes, definitely evidence of higher viral loads OS. Malone et al think it may be the result of leaky vaccines as he predicted.

I wonder if the efforts to develop the monoclonal antibody treatments is an acknowledgement that they have problems with the gene technology vaccines.

Annoying that MSM take very little interest in this & certainly no analysis.

Incidentally, vaccine critics ought to get ready for some real blasts from friends & acquaintances. I received a savage “diss” from an old friend on the phone yesterday. Quite emotional & irrational. He was, in my opinion, particularly upset because he knew nothing about the details of what I was explaining in respect to the vaccines. He concluded by saying he had to rush outside “for a breath of fresh air”.

People in the UK who took astra are going to be offered Pfizer as a “booster”.

Remember that these were being sold as rolled gold 100% effective, completely mundane, safe and well understood vaccines.

They just missed the minor detail that they don’t work for more than a few months, don’t stop you catching it, don’t stop you spreading it and come with a grab bag of nasty side effects.

But ask even the most gentle questions and you’ll be banned and censored from any major platform, media or political party.

Nigerian princes could learn some sales tactics from these bozos.

Mrs D got a 10 minute blast from her aunt. Replied with “I am waiting until I get out of hotel quarantine , and I was waiting until had moved so that if I get side effects that won’t affect it. Diogenes is waiting for Novavax.” Mrs D then added sweetly,
    “Which one did you get?”
    “AZ”
“You do know that the US doesn’t recognise the AZ at all for travel, and the EU is won’t recognise any AZ manufactured in Australia?”

Apparently requiring “a physical retail reliability obligation (PRRO) on electricity retailers” is somehow a coal subsidy.

Also ” gas and coal-fired plants forming 40% of all unplanned outages across 2018-19″ which might be correct, but only if you plan for solar power to fail. Every. Single. Day.
