    The Conservatives have held their ground with the same values. So have those on the centre-left (like Musk). But the wokerati have dragged the left further off, and this has woken up some lefties to the madness on their side.

    Ragu, I can see some benefits to that site. It has an easy access to the list of candidates. But, it also requires research, depending on the electorate. For example, the North Sydney one has non-majors like Climate200, and majors like fake Liberals. And a minor party that is also fake Liberals.

    I had to check up on some of the parties and candidates to understand who they were and what they stood for.

    In 2019, there was a site where you selected your electorate and it gave you the list of Conservative candidates. I have been trying to trace it – not sure if it will be available for this election.

    Kinda related, finally had another clear morning here so got up early to photo the planet alignment and a train of starlink sats went through the middle of the shot. Went on for ~30s

    Turned the shutter down to 5secs and now I have a picture of what looks like a Dark Side laser weapon shooting at something over the horizon. 😃

    If the picture hasn’t come into focus, it soon will – even for most people that aren’t paying attention yet.

    China and Russia continue on a cooperative path together: doing business together, backing their currencies with tangible commodities and, as I wrote just days ago, we’re in the process of watching the dollar become dethroned as the global reserve currency. We just don’t notice it yet.

    I thought Ricardo Bosi and his AustraliaOne party would be running in this year’s Federal Election. I was looking through the party list in the PutMajorsLast website and I couldn’t find him or his party.

    Does anyone know what happened? He was organising rallies and giving speeches. He appeared on web-based shows with others.

    Shy Ted, I didn’t add my own comment to that – men giving birth – article because I think such inclusivity being pushed by activists is really great.

    As the image tweeted by Elon shows how the left has kept moving away from the centre, this woke insanity is going to wake up the “moderate” lefties, in a way that nothing else can.

    Some of Trump’s decisions are baffling. Is he misinformed? Does he have bad advisors? Or just clueless?

    There were some poor decisions while he was in office, to employ or retain people who were traitors. Now, for the mid-terms, he has been endorsing some candidates who are not Conservative, and even those who have undermined him or the party.

    He is a patriot who has been good for the US (and the world), and made a good effort to drain the swamp. But there is some factor that is adversely affecting his judgement.

    President Joe Biden announced the nomination of Nusrat Jahan Choudhury to the federal judiciary Wednesday, who, if confirmed by the Senate, would become the first Muslim American woman to serve as a federal judge. She is also the first Muslim American woman to be nominated to the federal judiciary.

    Trump endorses Pence’s brother, Greg Pence.

    Some of Trump’s decisions are baffling. Is he misinformed? Does he have bad advisors? Or just clueless?

    Brian Craig intimates that he’s holding his nose with some candidates, just to get rid of Mitch McConnell (who curiously resembles an aged Bill Gates, must have got a similar batch of the fugly gene).
