    There is a lot of anger in the German government, but it’s amongst the various personalities which make up the coalition.

    Chancellor Schotz (Social Democrat Party) isn’t talking to his Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock (Green Party) as it has emerged that she was briefed by US officials about American plans to destroy the pipelines while he wasn’t consulted.

    Scholz is an angry man, he’s annoyed that Baerbock and Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck (Greens Party) are the darlings of the WEF and get to sit at the cool-kids table with Justin and Jacinda whereas he’s just a figure head leader who is ignored by everyone.

    I don’t have a Twitter account and have no interest in joining.
    But I do read some of the good accounts.

    In the past week, there has been a Sign in with Google pop up jumping in on every Twitter page. It is supposed to make it easy for those who need to sign into their accounts to be able to do so easily with just one sign in instead of multiple ones.

    Google just care about making your life easy? Why was this pop-up not around before the new takeover? Does the sign-in make it easier for Big-Corrupt-Tech to monitor and track users on a platform that is now owned by someone who is not in their club?

    Twitter can get rid of this pop-up. Why is it not being done? If Musk really supports free speech and is anti-WEF, he needs to appoint a team to handle the Technical part. He can’t know everything that is happening, but if there is a good system for suggestions and feedback, the clean-up can be done quickly.

Not to this scale, but throughout the Midwest, as we have lots of trains that are traversing with hazardous materials that go through towns, sometimes cities, and could impact the health of the people that are there. The Secretary of Transportation, Buttigieg ought to be on this. He’s been ignoring this.

    It will go on till the last Ukrainian, as long as there’s someone alive who can throw a rock or wave a stick, it will go on.

    One of Russia’s announced aims was to achieve the demilitarisation of Ukraine. Russia has not only succeeded in that aim, it has also demilitarised the whole of NATO.

    One thing which this war has highlighted is the failure of American armament manufacturers to supply weapons and ammunition at a rate to sustain an engagement that lasts more than a few months. They can ramp up supply but that would require a lot of new factories, machinery and personnel, but there’s no money available for that.

    The problem goes back to Eisenhower’s warning about the military-industrial complex. Ike actually warned about the military-industrial-Congress complex which works like this.

    A weapons manufacturer will promote his product to the military and then seek support in Congress for orders for his product. Various Congress critters will support the idea and obtain funding for the new weapons system and the manufacturer will reward the individual critters by opening manufacturing plants in those critter’s electorates.

    Components for the new weapon systems are therefore made in multiple locations which are then shipped to another location for final assembly. This slows down the process and adds substantially to the cost of the weapons, but the Congress critters can go for re-election boasting that they have increased employment in their electorate, and they probably also received “campaign contributions” from the armaments company.

    In Russia armaments manufacturing remains wholly a government controlled and owned operation, that sector was never privatised, so they can churn out weapons and ammunition in huge quantities at low cost.

    Phosgene is nasty stuff, as well as being insidious- it can cause lung damage in concentrations so low you can’t smell it- killing you by damaging your lungs. However, mustard gas causes chemical burns on contact, making it more feared, which is why Stew Peters mentioned it. His value as a commentator is limited by his habitual exaggeration and sensationalism.
