Dawkins posted a tweet that he had signed the Declaration on Women’s Sex-based rights. He urges his followers to do the same.

Having checked the document, I agree with him on this point. We can get frustrated about trannyism and how biological women are being sidelined by the fakes. In some cases, it also endangers the lives of women.

It is not just women who need to sign it, men need to sign, as well.

From the document on the WDI site:

Women’s Declaration International (WDI) is a group of volunteer women from across the globe dedicated to protecting women’s sex-based rights.

All the things folks are worried about.’

Candy, you are touching on problems there where the cause is central banks inflating asset prices with low or even negative interest rates, and justifying their actions by pointing to the CPI and saying there is still not enough inflation in the economy.

The CPI figures that they have adjusted over the years to give a misleadingly low reading are now showing inflation rates approaching double figures. The US and UK are around 7 percent.

Peter Schiff explains how if the US federal reserve put the rates up to where they need to be to combat inflation, with a 30 TRILLION dollar debt the US would be shown to be insolvent.

    Email from George Christensen, Saturday

    Hello freedom lovers!

I watched with pride over the past few days as thousands of Australians uprooted their lives and drove to the nation’s capital to send a message to all politicians: we want our freedoms back!

Quite frankly, our freedom was never something anyone had the right to take away. But yet it has been taken away, with lockdowns, ‘no jab, no job’ mandates, discriminatory vaccine certificate systems, State border closures, international travel restrictions, curfews, mask mandates, bans on treatments… the list goes on and on and on.

I will be joining protesters in Canberra today and throughout the week. I have urged them to hold the line and not give in to intimidation or violence. The mainstream (fake news) media will be watching the crowd like a hawk, looking for a slip-up so that they can report that protesters were a violent mob. We mustn’t give them that opportunity!

By and large, the vast majority of freedom protesters around the country have been peaceful with only but a few exceptions. That hasn’t stopped the fake news from claiming otherwise though and this has fed into the popular narrative that those opposed to vaccine mandates and other restrictions are fringe-dwellers who need to be shunned. The truth is the opposite. We are concerned mums and dads. We are sacked front line workers — police officers, nurses, paramedics, doctors, pilots. We are sacked workers from hospitality, retail, airports, marine ports and mining. We are Australians who see the very fabric of our nation — freedom — being set alight in response to a virus with a 99.73% survivability rate.

I see these everyday Australians when I attend freedom rallies in my home town of Mackay and elsewhere. And, despite criticism from the media and political elite, I am proud to stand side by side with them in support of freedom.

    HEATHER MCDONALD COLLAPSES ON STAGE
    … Hospitalized, Cause Unknown

Comedian Heather McDonald fell hard during a show in Tempe, Arizona, but it was no joke … it was a medical emergency.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ … the former “Chelsea Lately” star was headlining the sold-out show, when she delivered her second joke … “I’m vaxxed, double vaxxed, boosted … and flu shot and shingle shot and haven’t gotten COVID and Jesus loves me most.”

As soon as she delivered the joke, she just collapsed and hit her head on the floor. Everyone thought at first it was all part of the act, but it was not. She was conscious, but clearly, all was not well. An EMT and a nurse happened to be in the audience … they rushed up on stage to provide first aid.

The 911 call came in as a seizure, but no one really knows yet. An ambulance came and paramedics tended to Heather…

Heather tells us she never had COVID and, as she said in her set, she’s fully vaxxed and boosted.

‘Why am I putting up a motion on Tuesday morning to have myself and 24 other current and former Labor MPS referred to IBAC for a serious corruption investigation?
The answer is we participated in the biggest political scandal in Victoria’s history and benefitd by winning office.
I am not claiming to do this because I only now realise that the red shirts was a rort. I barracked for Daniel Andrews and his team as they fought to ensure the matter would not be investigated by the Ombudsman, even going as far as the High Court and reportedly wasting $1m of taxpayers money.
Labor MPs had no choice but to barrack for Andrews and his team, they had exploited they ALP’s stringent party discipline and in doing so compromised MPs by coercing them into complying with what was a corrupt scheme.
Andrews’ elevation to opposition leader was due to a factional deal. When MPS in the Bracks/Brumby governments looked to the future, he never came up as a potential leader. Andrews had many enemies due to his skulduggery as a fashion apparatchik. Many of these enemies were now in parliament and took great pleasure in torturing him during the long years in opposition.
He was allowed to assume the leadership to absorb the bad times of the early years before a serious contender from the right could emerge. Andrews knew that even if the Right did not find a candidate, the Left had Jacinta Allan. Further, the recently elected and factionally better connected Jill Hennessy would receive support from the Left powerbrokers over him if he did not win.

Steve T, those underwater rescue guys vids are very interesting. On a slightly related note about missing people, years ago in Mt Isa a young man disappeared off the face of the earth. Backstory, drunken night out, fight with lady friend, drove off, disappeared. Discovered some years later at the base of a hill just outside town called Telecom Hill as there was a tower up there. Was a popular venue for young lovers after dark, great views, privacy etc. He had driven off the hill at full speed and landed under a small cluster of a handful of trees which are a very sparse commodity out there, died on impact. Suicide.
The country is very harsh, rugged ground and difficult to traverse and any vehicle stands out like dog’ balls. But it was so well hidden by the trees, pure fluke, and so quickly covered in red dust ad thoroughly destroyed in the impact that it just didn’t stand out despite air searches. Almost every passing visitor goes up there for the views and it was a fave for my dog walks. Nobody noticed anything for several years.
There’s nothing hard about disappearing in the outback.
There was another suicide, chap laid off, work being his only positive in life, simply walked along the road to Cloncurry, sat down at the side of the road, probably amongst some bushes and died. Regular passing traffic but not found for months.
There’s a certain balance with nature when you hear this

  56. Black Ball Black Ball says:

‘This desperation drove Andrews to be a good opposition leader. But it had a significant downside. It made Andrews push the boundaries well beyond what was acceptable and compromise his MPs in the process.
In the lead up to the 2014 state election campaign, Andrews discovered a new campaigning technique referred to as field campaigning. Andrews figured he had a competitive advantage in this area through labour parties and the union movement’s activist base.
Andrew’s would share with shadow cabinet his vision of having workers in uniforms, firefighters, nurses, ambulances and other service providers calling constituents directly to canvass for support. He was particularly excited about the United Firefighters Union because it had big trucks and sirens.
He was like a child, eyes beaming as he talked about the prospect of having the fire trucks and sirens campaign for him during the lead up and at polling booths.
Andrews’ obsession with the field campaign created many political problems for him in the years ahead as the taxpayer was forced to pay a high price for the field campaign and the UFU deal that delivered the fire trucks. His passionate advocacy soon turned into action as then treasurer John Lenders began to do the rounds of MPs to hand over their staffing entitlements.
Upper house MPs, in particular, were singled out and isolated for refusing to join the scheme. We were told we had an easy life in the upper house while our lower house colleagues were in the trenches fighting to get us into government. We participated because we were told parliamentary services had ticked off on the scheme.
The red shirt scandal involved the parliament paying for the wages of electorate officers who did not attend the office of the MP who employed them. Instead, they sat in a campaign office and campaigned for Labor. The parliamentary leadership of the ALP coerced about 25 Labor MPs to sign false documentation stating the officers had performed electorate office work for them. The Ombudsman called this scheme an “artifice”.
The Ombudsman handed down a scathing report but did not refer to the matter as corrupt. According to legislation, the Ombudsman is compelled to notify IBAC if the Ombudsman has reasonable suspicion that the scheme was corrupt. The Ombudsman did not.’

‘Before the Ombudsman’s report, there may have been some doubt on whether the MPs had such broad powers to direct the duties and responsibilities of their staff; by not referring to the red shirts as corrupt, the Ombudsman’s report reluctantly accepted the broad interpretation. The government did not accept the Ombudsman’s recommendation.
IBAC and the Ombudsman had been given a reference by the Attorney-General and the upper house in relation to a television program that featured me. The two integrity bodies launched a joint investigation called Operation Watts. I expected these allegations to be dispatched by the IBAC/the Ombudsman within months.
I was surprised when I found out last October that Operation Watts would be conducting a public examination because IBAC/the Ombudsman now deemed any random engagement by electorate officers in factional matters as “serious corruption”, even though there is no breach in legislation.
This indicates a very important shift in the Ombudsman’s position. It is important that red shirts now be publicly examined before Operation Watts because red shirts was a premeditated, centrally organised and therefore a gold-standard rort of electorate office staff.
Given the new circumstances and the narrow terms of reference of Operation Watts, it is in the public interest for the terms of reference to be extended to include the most significant political scandal in Victoria’s history, which also influenced the result of an election.’

White bread is for anglos, says academic

Prime Minister Scott Morrison eats “normal white bread”.

That’s what he told Sunrise host David Koch last week when he was asked if he preferred sourdough or multigrain.

The seemingly innocuous comment about the PM’s breakfast preferences did not go unnoticed and formed a talking point on ABC panel show The Drum.

One of the show’s guests sent social media into a spin when she embarked on a rather bizarre explanation of what Mr Morrison’s comment really show us about the man who leads the country.

“I think the comment about the white bread was really interesting,” said Nareen Young, who is Professor for Indigenous Policy at the University of Technology Sydney.

“Who eats white bread in this country? Anglo men. I come from a working class background.

“We had brown bread because we were healthy. I think it shows a deep lack of understanding about who works in this country.

“I think that there’s a deep intersection of race and class … I do think there are some politicians who understand what the working class looks like. It’s not white anglo men.”

Next time you march for your freedom and against government overreach remember this when these boys in blue shoot you with rubber bullets.

    Equality!

    According to VicPol:

The coppers were not marching, they were just walking.

Must remember that for the next rally. We are not marching, we’re just having a walk.

Seems that it is an insurrection orchestrated from the USA. The woman is hysterical. The others are clowns. If the military gets involved, we’ll see the reality.

It is horse-mounted-Plod procedure NOT to mix with pedestrian traffic, but to stay to the side of the conveyance.

‘The Morrison government has committed to a $3.28bn support package and will scrap its indexation freeze on the public broadcaster’s budget.’

It won’t get the Coalition any votes from the lefties. He just lost more votes from the righties.

Morrison scuttles ‘build back better’ agenda

PRIME Minister Scott Morrison has told global business leaders his government did not view COVID-19 as an opportunity to create a “State-centred” economy.

He instead backed a more sustainable business-led recovery.

In a speech to the Davos Agenda 2022 virtual summit hosted by the World Economic Forum, Mr Morrison laid out Australia’s way through the global pandemic and its approach to supporting economic recovery and resilience over the next decade.

Why does UAP need “big out there” policies? .. Whatever else happens UAP is NOT gonna form gummint so why the need for any big ticket items all that can be hoped for is several seats in both the Reps & Senate to try to curb the excesses of whichever of the Libs/Labor get to govern!

UAP doesn’t need “big out there” policies. But it needs to present itself to undecided voters as a credible party.

Will it win enough seats to form a government in its own right? That is asking a lot of a new party. But we can hope it will pick enough seats to hold the balance of power.
