To quote you
“I’m not too concerned with or critical of Biden’s performance because he is a Democrat and thus should not be relevant. It is the Republicans, the Conservatives, who are under the microscope because higher standards should be expected from them.”
Why should one party be held to a higher standard?
Both parties have to face the voters!

Thank you for the welcome, kaysee. Your commentary is more nuanced and aware than much of what I see in Australia. I find the mainstream – even ‘mainstream alternative’ – news sources just so much theatre now. Find myself looking overseas to lesser known, lower profile sources in the hope of any real understanding. Many of them Christian, mostly writing on substack.com. For example:

Mike O’Connor – the Courier-Mail:
“Those fortunate few who, in spite of the best efforts of most mass media to destroy their intellects, might recall that a few years ago we went through something called Covid-19.
Civil liberties were trashed, there were draconian lockdown proclamations, government by imperial decree, borders arbitrarily closed, livelihoods destroyed and untold emotional distress inflicted on innocent citizens – surely you must remember.
At least 3561 Queenslanders remember, which is the number of people who recently petitioned state parliament to release the advice chief health officer Dr John Gerrard and his predecessor Dr Jeannette Young, she of the pearl necklace, provided to then premier Annastacia Palaszczuk that led to the vaccination mandates and movement restrictions.”

In the recent elections around the world, it seems that the “far right” parties are in the winner positions. The right-wingers are elated and expecting this wave to strike a blow to the evil powers and bring about the end of the New World Order.

The populist right figures are there to solidify Europe’s support for the expansion of Israel.
They will never restrict immigration, they will receive more of the same types that flee their own countries following the Israel wars backed by the West. Iraq, Syria, Libya, etc.

Very good question. I would like to answer in depth but because 🕗, I’ll give a “short” answer here.
This response could apply to the US, Australia and the western democracies.
My analysis on this election has been focussed on the Conservative Angle.
The reason I am not pointing out the flaws of the other side –Democrats/Labor/Labour/ …. is because I don’t want the commie-socialist-lefty-wokeists in charge of any organisation, let alone governing the country.
I want a true Conservative** to be selected as the nominee of the party on the right-wing. This person will clearly be the superior candidate. The majority of voters on the right-wing will see this one as the right choice. Those who are undecided, fence-sitters or class themselves as independent voters will also see the merits of voting for this candidate. There may even be some on the left side who realise that this is the better option.
And will be the winner of the election.
Your question is based on my comment about the US elections where the two main contenders are both Democrats. Why isn’t there a candidate with Conservative values representing the Republican party?
Why should one party be held to a higher standard?
If we want the best for the country, we will expect and demand higher standards of our leaders rather than just opting for the candidate who, compared to the other one, is less corrupt, less rotten or not as bad as the other one. Otherwise we end up with “leaders” who will treat us with contempt and take the country downhill.

Appreciate the feedback, Esme.
Both the MSM and the alt MSM depend on their subscribers, viewers, donors and followers for their continued existence. They don’t want to rock the boat with anything that would go against their audiences.
But they will not touch the deeper, darker issues. If anyone raises them, they will get shut down or kicked out. The only ones doing it are the smaller outlets and individuals, especially on social media. But even there, the main puppeteers are attempting to suppress that.
David Icke’s comment about MSM (in the video below) describes it well.

Change of the Uniparty in the UK. Brits at least seemed more successful in pushing back against lockdowns and mandates, some contrasting them with ‘rule-following’ Australians.
Have to wonder about corporate media types aware of ongoing propaganda – do they really need the money that much? In the way ordinary people felt financially coerced to take the injection, many now dead or permanently incapacitated. There’s encouragement in what’s said about it not taking a majority, but all too many seem all too keen to just scurry or skip past.

Last year, in the lead up to the primaries, and during them, I was aware of the bots that would appear every time someone posted a negative comment about Trump. But then again, how many of these Magadonians are really delusional Trump supporters and how many are getting paid for it? I know the “influencers” – those with media shows – are grifting off the Trump gravy train but how many others are in it?
Yesterday, I was seeing several posters on twitter responding to any negative comments about Trump’s response to Project 2025 with the message about Trump’s Agenda 47. It was strange that I hadn’t seen any of this before.

‘B..B..But He Said The Thing I Wanted To Hear…’
Nigel Farage is Russell Brand is Vladimir Putin is Julian Assange is – regrettably – Tucker Carlson
The Devil is a gentleman. Or at least he looks like one and dresses like one. And talks like one. If he didn’t, you wouldn’t want to know. [Reminiscent of fatherly dating advice]
…
Sure Farage has been hinting recently that he now thinks the vaccines weren’t quite as safe and effective as we were told at the time. But this is just tactical trimming, not the complete change of course that would be needed were we to take Farage seriously as a credible opponent of the New World Order.
Covid was a test which Farage – and many others – failed and failed utterly. You do not redeem yourself from such disgrace by shrugging your shoulders, muttering that mistakes were made and sighing ‘Ah. Next time, eh?’ Either you acknowledge that Covid was the largest scale assault on human freedoms in the history of the world – or you are part of the problem. You can’t redeem yourself by being quite sound on other stuff like immigration and the environment. It’s like being pro human sacrifice but expecting some leeway because you once gave some money to a lovely rehabilitation centre for injured capybaras.
Ah but he can’t speak out on all the issues because…” I can hear Reform voters protesting. “Oh, yeah, right, because what?” I’m afraid I’m going to have to rudely interrupt. “Because mass injecting the populace with deadly toxins that kill and maim them is one of those moot issues where there are pros and cons on both sides? Because there are times when it’s really important that governments should use massive amounts of taxpayers’ money to bribe the media to lie relentlessly to the public so that they’re easier to manipulate and poison? No, sorry. Being right about Ukraine doesn’t cut it. Not if as late as 2024 you’re a politician and you’re STILL not calling out the Covid scam for what it was and is: a shameless wealth transfer to the superrich; a controlling mechanism; a mass population cull.”
…
I suspect that there were three ulterior purposes to the Reform campaign: one, to distract you from genuine, honest, untainted resistance parties like David Kurten’s Heritage Party; two, to drag to the polls a constituency otherwise so disillusioned that they would not have bothered to vote, thus making the sham election appear slightly less antidemocratic; three to guarantee the planned rout of the Conservatives by splitting the ‘right-wing’ vote.
When you say all this to Reform voters they get very upset. Just as Putin fans do when you explain that he’s not our closet White Hat; and Jordan Peterson fans do when you explain he’s a Luciferian not a Christian; and Tucker Carlson fans do when you explain – with a huge sigh of regret – that he’s still probably CIA. The sigh of regret is totally sincere.
Nobody in Miriaf’s ‘If you know the name they’re in the game’ camp, myself definitely included, takes this stance just to enhance their edgy, contrarian brand. Nor do we do it because we have become so paranoid that we have lost the ability to discern true friends from real enemies. Rather we form these judgements from first principles. Our precept – and if it was good enough for Jesus, it’s good enough for us – is “Ye shall know them by their fruits.

There was a spat on twitter, this past week, involving the Petersons – Jordan and his daughter Mikhaila. I was going to share the details here, but Candace has a video on it covering the main points.
There was a time when Jordan was considered the beacon of light for Conservatives and champion for Free Speech. He sold books, prescribed rules for life and went on sold-out speaking tours around the world.
His daughter made a trip to Romania to meet Andrew Tate on what she calls a business trip. These are the photos from that business trip.
The reason photos like these are being circulated are because Mikhaila believes that there should be more censorship on twitter for people who criticise a certain special group of people. For that she got a backlash. Her dear father also got in to call Nick a rat – then further qualifying it – for daring to mention that same group. Yes, the same Jordan Peterson.
There are some issues where Candace gets it right and sometimes she posts bizarre or clickbait stuff. In this video, she’s got it right on the posts that were doing the rounds. There is a longer version of the video – I haven’t watched it. But I doubt she would have mentioned the Andrew Tate episode.

I saw the Candace Owens video on JP, kaysee, and thought it fair – about how he appeared to be breaking his own ‘commandments’ etc. I did find a lot of wisdom and compassion in some of his earlier videos and admired his performance in the gender pay gap interview on the BBC. But there’s been a lot of strange and disturbing stuff since. And all the odd, cosy alliances.
Most of us don’t really know any of these people, and the danger of these times is we’re encouraged to believe that we do. Seems now JP was raised to celebrity ‘secular priest’ status – psychology replacing faith. Like most real priests, he let us down on COVID. Mr Anti-totalitarianism and Psychology Expert. And we have to ask why.
Agree some of what Candace Owens covers is ‘celebrity-lite’/distraction, and she seemed to go pretty quickly from saying she wasn’t religious at all to proud Christian, but she’s so very, very good in talking about her faith – and truth about COVID – now. That interview with Piers Morgan was a soothing balm for anyone who’s lost someone, or has to witness the ongoing suffering of someone close to them, or otherwise still bears scars from the last few years.

IDF Admits They Killed Israeli Hostages in Kibbutz Be’eri on Oct 7 With Tank Shelling and Hail of Bullets

Jul. 11, 2024
Israel Defense Forces on Thursday finally admitted after nine months of lies that the IDF themselves killed Israeli hostages in Kibbutz Be’eri on October 7th by firing an RPG into the home they were held in, shelling them repeatedly with a tank and then unloading on them with a hail of bullets.
Israel previously tried to hide the truth by putting out atrocity propaganda claiming Hamas went around tying up and executing children and killed every hostage themselves.
They’re undoubtedly still lying about the full extent of the slaughter. …

We generally take people as they present themselves to the public. If they say the things we want to hear and support the same ideals and values that we believe in, we are attracted to them. The flip side is that there is a constant flow of information from social media that is not controlled by the mainstream. This provides another avenue of information which can complicate our thought processes.
So, we thought a person or a cause was someone or thing on “our side” and we applauded and supported them. But then, we glimpse another side of this same person/cause that is a darker one. Initially, we dismiss it – after all, no one/ nothing is perfect. However, as it proceeds, it may become a balancing act because the not-so-good seems to outweigh the-good. We are seeing this with Peterson, Trump, Carlson and others. And topics related to the wars and world events.
Those who observe carefully and base their decisions on facts will be prepared to revise their original opinions. Some others will cling to what they want to believe of their “hero” or cause no matter the evidence provided.

Does this apply on a film set that is mostly make-believe. There are thousands of movies which have story lines about crimes, criminals, shooting, murder.
He is the actor. He has been handed a prop to use in a scene. He assumes that the team in charge of props has done their job and what he is using is a gun that is not really a gun. The person in charge of the props was new to the role so probably didn’t follow the rules rigorously. Would that make the actor liable?
It would be the studio safety processes that should be in question. Clear guidelines for how and who is responsible for testing the weapons and making sure that they were safe to use.
The prosecution too messed up in making the case.
He pulled the trigger that caused the death of an innocent person.
Does that make him guilty?
What if he was not a rich, famous person who could afford the best legal team?

Don Lemon asks a question.
He gets told the truth but thinks it is an opinion.
He posted it hoping to get some sympathy.
Most responses agree with the answer he got from Candace.

How did this site get to be so ‘based’? The others stuck in a version of Tucker Carlson’s time warp – all IsraelIsraelIsrael, and “Trump Can Still Save Us”… with the truth about COVID barely peeking out from under the rug.
It’s impressive.

I think a lot of the reaction would be coloured by people’s thoughts and feelings about the actor (and his wife), a generally sanctimonious Hollywood, and, yes, the rich-and-powerful advantage. An unfortunate irony that he’s been such an outspoken of the Second Amendment.
