It should really be 8 years to get rid of coal.  This stuff is supposed to be exact science, two years out is embarrassment when dealing with a catastrophe.

The Tomb of Karl Marx stands in the Eastern cemetery of Highgate Cemetery, North London, England. It commemorates the burial sites of Marx, of his wife, Jenny von Westphalen, and other members of his family. Originally buried in a different part of the Eastern cemetery, the bodies were disinterred and reburied at their present location in 1954. The tomb was designed by Laurence Bradshaw and was unveiled in 1956, in a ceremony led by Harry Pollitt, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Great Britain, which funded the memorial. The tomb consists of a large bust of Marx in bronze set on a marble pedestal. The pedestal is inscribed with quotes from Marx’s works including, on the front, the final words of The Communist Manifesto, “Workers of all lands unite“. Since its construction, the tomb has become a place of pilgrimage for followers of Marxist theory. It has also been a target for Marx’s opponents, suffering vandalism, and two bomb attacks in the 1970s. It is a Grade I listed structure, the highest listing reserved for buildings and structures of “exceptional interest”.

    Love the lame pics, Mark.

As a New South Welshperson (thankfully not residing in one of the Sydney leper colonies, though) I am furious about the proposed two tier society promised by Glad yesterday. For those who missed it, she said that even when the magic 70% injected figure is reached, privileges will only be available to those who can prove they are suitably compliant. This ‘proof’, which will have to be shown to police on demand, will be via the check-in app, which will also show your injection ‘status,’ or some other means not yet clarified.

Breaches can attract fines of thousands of dollars.

I am horrified by these proposals, and wonder if Glad has become a pod person or something. A year ago she was (comparatively) the voice of reason and defender of liberty among the Premiers. Now this authoritarian crap comes out of her mouth.

I have deluged MPs, Senators and media personalities with emails complaining bitterly about this, and entreat others to do the same.

All the previous Liberal PMs seem to go along with this authoritarianism and discriminatory policies, judging by their silence.  I wonder if any of them, Howard/Abbott/Turnbull will pop their heads up and say, this is not right, Scott Morrison must think carefully about what is happening.

As Gladys B and Morrison up the fear factor of being restricted from normal society the vax rate goes up.  I don’t think it is all tied to fear of COVID itself.

Yes, I agree with that. I’m hoping that the UAP will be better with Craig Kelly at the helm, he’s the only bloke in the Reps who is worth a vote.

I hope that Craig can pull a good team of candidates together, the UAP Version 1 bought a lot of ferals into the Senate. They all went rogue soon after, Lambie is still there.

I never cared for Clive, I was particularly disappointed with him when Abbott wanted to get rid of the Carbon Tax and the RET, Clive supported Abbott and got rid of the Carbon Tax but he wouldn’t vote out the RET so we’re still stuck with it. At least if the UAP get their way and we go for nuclear power we’ll have energy security, though I’d prefer cheaper coal generation.

    *************

Yes, because one number is the sum total of Struth’s argument, and thus the whole argument is false.

    What a nit-picking response.

Around 30% are double jabbed ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT.

    I’m quoting your “official figures”

None of us know how many are actually jabbed.

    None of us.

But the government are admitting that just over thirty percent are double jabbed (or in other words, under 5 years from death).

They wouldn’t be calling it on the low side now would they?

    Grow a fucking brain.

They have no supply issues, and the dumb, gullible, and weak have come forward.

People with brains and integrity, are giving away nursing careers and livelihoods all over the country.

And as studies have shown the higher the education, the more the Hesitancy (the proper term is refusal).

They haven’t got enough to pull this off yet, and the rest will be done by sheer threatening coercion.

Those sorts of people only need to be a few million anyway, and so far they don’t know how many are just hesitant, or how many are violently opposed.

Even totalitarianism needs the support of a certain amount of the population.

The weak willed, the cowards, the selfish and the idiot may make up a certain percentage of the population and the tyrants are just trying to work out the percentages, for the next and vital step.

    The prize.

    Vaccine passports.

Something that getting a jab always meant.

You get your freedoms back when you take the jab is the biggest lie only swallowed by the drooling cretin.

Because as I have said all along it will give you back exactly no freedoms at all.

Unless you consider asking permission to do things (permission can also be denied) is freedom.

“Oh I want to get a jab to travel again” says the moron.

    And how does that work?

“Er well, you show your passport which proves you’ve done the governments bidding and then they let you go”

    So that’s freedom?

You will never get any freedom by having a jab.

    Here it is put simply.

By way of how it then must be set up, you’ll be asking permission everywhere.

    That'[s not freedom.

You won’t ever be allowed to do what you were in 2019 no matter how many boosters, fighting all the (yawn) variants that will be coming.

You have simply played Russian roulette with a death jab to comply and submit to tyrants for no reason at all, except to make their goals more easily achieved.

One of their goals of course, is to rid the world of a few billion climate destroying mouth breathers.

What are they supposed to do?   There is simply nowhere to turn.

It’s been made clear to people the choice and lots don’t have any particular money and must rent accommodation.  Will real estate agents refuse to rent to non-vaccinated?   quite likely.

I was responding to a Struth comment that “They will never get to 80% … Anywhere”.

So I provided some evidence of an “Anywhere” which is well over the 80%, and several other very large LGAs which are trending towards it (eg Geelong at 70.3%).

Now it seems the argument is “Oh, well they are Government stats and probably lies”.

Why would governments overstate stats and increase pressure to open up, if they are in love with lockDans?

If they fudge the numbers it is more likely they suppress them, orchestrate an announcement by Dear Leader, then show the big surge towards the target.

And, if you don’t use those stats, what do you reference for a debate?

“Nobody I know has had the jab”?

“Everyone I know has had it”?

    What?

They are just the public face and spokesmen for the enemy that has marched through every institution.  The tip of the iceberg.

To assume there will be free and fair elections, if any, and that the winners of said elections will be able to implement anti-globalist policy is deluded.  (Do they have elections in China?)

Non-participation was the only recourse to this tyranny, but as vaccination numbers show, that now is a lost cause.
