A week or so ago I linked a short phone video of a protest in Denmark where people stood outside the parliament for 9 days banging pots and pans to protest against proposed covid legislation under discussion. There was not one word in the media that I’m aware of.
At that point, we didn’t know the substance of the legislation but a Danish contact of a friend has now provided that information. The demonstrations were focused on getting public attention to put pressure on the members of the Danish Parliament to NOT pass a new law making it
1) mandatory for all to have a COVID-19 vaccination
2) Make it allowable for the police and doctors to open people’s door to get those rejecting the vaccination vaccinated
Absolutely draconian legislation, which was blocked by public protest. The situation in Denmark now is quite normal. No masks, no social distancing and covid under control.
There simply must be some circuit breaker here to stop this travesty.

Trucks are ideal for bringing in protesters. Railway lines are ideal for walking in protesters when the plod shut down the lines to stop train commuting protesters.
Motor bikes and horses can come in however they want. So can swimmers and boaters.
The plod can’t be everywhere at once.
Try fighting 1000 bushfires at once. As soon as you leave for the next emergency, another one ignites. And then another. The one you just left, then suddenly re-ignights.
Plod only has enough resources, and you can’t do 24 hour shifts.
They’re done. And they know it.

What Can We Learn About Covid Tyranny From Australia And Afghanistan?
https://alt-market.us/what-can-we-learn-about-covid-tyranny-from-australia-and-afghanistan/
‘Here is where we need to understand the horrifying developments in Australia and New Zealand: The lockdowns are now normalized in these places and the governments need no real excuse for them. They simply announce there are a handful of covid cases and that lockdowns must return. Travel is strangled and basic rights and freedoms are nonexistent. The New Zealand Prime Minister’s latest speech on the restrictions says it all:
…The main message here being that social interaction is forbidden. Just stay in your bubble and follow the mandates without question. And, even if you are vaccinated these rules still apply to you. The beauty of the covid restrictions is that they are a perfect excuse for a tyrannical government to block public assembly, which helps prevent the organization of resistance…
…I guess the lesson I am deriving from these examples is that the globalists are going to try to enforce the covid mandate agenda and passport tyranny no matter what. They cannot stop the process which they have set in motion. The events in Australia and NZ show that their addiction to totalitarianism is insatiable and it demands they pursue increasing control regardless of the cost. They are telling us exactly what they are about to do…’

The simple truth is we are THE most globalist compliant and controlled nations on earth and have been for at least 50 years.
If we do not disobey and fight we will die.
They will kill us and the ones that survive will wish they were dead.
They have gone too far to reverse or back out.

“Men, you are made for greatness. You are made to stand up and be men. You are made to defend women and children, not stand by, and turn your head, when you know murder is occurring and do nothing about it. You are not made to use women and leave us alone. You are made to be kind and great and gracious and strong and stand for something because men, listen to me, I am too tired to do your job.”

If progressives ruled the world? Not pretty
LUKE SLATTERY
Until recently I would have called myself, broadly speaking, a progressive. And that’s despite the fact I was, back in 2006, dragooned into the ranks of Australia’s leading ultraconservatives by a couple of Curtin University academics who felt that my occasional criticism of postmodernism’s influence on the university and school curriculum amounted to an attack on freedom and liberty.
This was baffling, in large part because my fiercest objection to this movement was its evolution, as English literary critic Lorna Sage neatly put it, into a form of “anti-authoritarian authoritarianism”. I was nettled at the conservative label, believing I’d been firmly on the side of the progressive angels since my late teens.
But something shifted at a recent shebang of cool “creatives” when I was forced to share a gorgeous sunset with the performance of a tedious avant-garde music ensemble. “What would happen if progressives ruled the world?” I thought. “Would all music sound like this?” I couldn’t think of anything worse. Would badly executed agitprop become the new normal in the visual arts? Would contemporary art descend to a procession of fairground grotesques: porcelain vaginas in their hundreds, poo machines, tattooed dudes sitting around shirtless. Would “cancel culture” become the dominant culture and, if so, would it be forced to cancel itself? It was then that I realised, with a start, that a world ruled by selfstyled progressives wouldn’t be a terribly congenial place to be.
Universities are the incubators of the new progressive orthodoxy, which seems to have latched on to the claim that the right to change one’s gender – the last word in selfdetermination – is somehow selfevident; as inalienable a right as life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. On the one hand it’s fascinating to watch, on another quite terrifying, and on yet another – picture a prosthetic third hand – darkly hilarious.
Earlier this year a University of Melbourne philosopher, Holly Lawford-Smith, launched a website in response to proposed gender-inclusive legislation that, she believes, replaces “sex with gender identity”. The website’s aim is to collect stories from women who are worried that “women’s only spaces” – toilets, changing rooms, fitting rooms, schools, quotas, dating apps and the like – are being invaded by transgender women (aka men). Fairly uncontroversial, you would have thought. But no.
More than 2720 university staff and students demanded that the administration take prompt action to remove what they termed a “transphobic” website. The student union called on the university to “publicly oppose the transphobic website”; “remove content from courses and tutorials that is clearly transphobic”; and stop “selectively applying academic freedom” to “protect hateful misconduct”. In other words, they attempted to bully the university into silencing the website and any future projects of its ilk. The university, thankfully, was unmoved.
It’s a messy dispute, with charges of abuse and intimidation flying every which way, but is there not a question at the heart of it: are trans women women, or are they men who want to be women? The science is settled on this.
Harvard biologist Carole Hooven, author of Testosterone: The Story of the Hormone that Dominates and Divides Us, puts the point succinctly: “The facts are that there are two sexes, male and female, and those sexes are designated by the kinds of gametes we produce. Do we make eggs – big sex cells – or little sex cells, sperm? That’s how we know whether somebody is male or female.” Sex difference is, in other words, a biological fact. The trans rights dogma sweeping our campuses insists, on the other hand, that differences between the biological sexes are governed by the feelings people have about their gender identity. What is more, it in my view asserts that something as simple as the invocation of a scientific fact is akin to hate speech.
Progressives determined to diminish the authority of science on the question of biological sex differences are inclined, paradoxically, to insist on the scientific authority of climate change predictions. The science is in on climate change, we are told. And I think that’s pretty right. But on the issue of sex differences the tendency among progressives is to ignore science and privilege sentiment: individual feelings about sexual identity. It’s at best contradictory, at worst hypocritical.
What is more, the progressive movement has galvanised around what is seemingly surely the ultimate expression of consumer capitalism: the ability to choose one’s gender, or at least the outward appearance of gender, by the purchase of a surgeon’s services. The only restriction on choice is the credit limit.
The other salient feature of contemporary progressive politics is the eagerness to suppress and silence opposing opinion with everything from petty slights and name-calling to that old stalwart of academic politics, the histrionic petition to university admin. As I understand it, some universities also have been pressured to remove books from their libraries written by advocates for biological realism – the view that biology largely determines sex.
I return to the thought experiment with which I began: what would a world ruled by progressives look like? It’s not just the bad music and bad art. It’s the irrationality, hypocrisy, intolerance and taste for coercion.
A new Netflix series, The Chair, set in a fictional northeastern US liberal arts college named Pembroke, braids some of these themes into an engaging threehour comedy-drama.
Its central character is Korean-American academic Ji-Yoon Kim (played by Sandra Oh), who no sooner ascends to the position of English department chair – the first woman to do so – than she is given a list of three crusty old academics destined for the chopping block as the college pursues more robust enrolments and more dynamic tenured staff including a “dazzling” young Afro-American hire, Yaz McKay (Nana Mensah).
During the course of the sixpart series Ji-Yoon attempts to arrest the flaming fall of her charismatic former boyfriend, Bill Dobson (Jay Duplass), a lecturer in modernist literature recovering from the recent death of his wife, who in one fateful class performs a mock Hitler salute to apostrophise a point about absurdism’s impotence against the forces of fascism. His salute is turned into a meme that goes viral, thus stirring the fury of zealous students. The controversy leads, in several tortuous stages, to his sacking.
While The Chair distributes its sympathies evenly enough among staff and students, young and old, its real dramatic focus is Bill’s tragicomic career crash and the failure of free speech principles to get any kind of purchase on the student body or, indeed, faculty.
There is also a memorable class on Herman Melville’s Moby-Dick orchestrated by the emerging pop star lecturer “of colour”, Yaz, which kicks around claims that Melville was a wife beater, the whale is a symbol of white supremacy and the novel crippled by patriarchy. The class finally devolves into a kind of rock musical with students grooving to the chorus: “No women on board”.
Bill is in part the author of his own downfall; he has weaknesses aplenty, among them an arrogant streak only partially concealed beneath his lost puppy demeanour. But it’s the abject failure of the idea he represents – free speech – that gives the series a tragic trajectory, even if it is comedy coated and, as Bill himself might have put it, veers towards absurdism.
The unsettling thing about this series is that it does, in fact, dramatise a world in which progressives – aided and abetted by a cynical and nihilistic dean – rule mob-style in their own little kingdom.
Anti-authoritarian authoritarianism: Sage gave that sobriquet to postmodernism, and it’s equally true of the new post-postmodernism, or trans-modernism, with its baked-on hostility to tradition – particularly tradition associated with mainstream culture – its cliched catalogue of grievances and its posture of perennial victimhood. But ultimately the quality that really defines it and holds it together is dogmatism.
It’s enough to drive a bloke to conservatism.

It posits that the Davos crowd has decided that Biden must go (obvious from the current behaviour of the media) and speculates on who will be chosen to carry their plans for the destruction of America and the free world forward.
The frontmen change, but the agenda never changes.

Thanks Top Ender for posting the article by Luke Slattery a spot on description of current world situation . Psychologically I see unhappy people ,known in my profession as Miserable Mauds . Always finding things to be unhappy about like sitting watching a beautiful sunset on the beach and complaining about the sand . Their aim in life is to make everyone else feel as miserable as they do.
Lacking self awareness and self acceptance they latch on to anything or anyone to blame for their unhappiness and if they change or things are changed, only then can I be happy.
Only by experience such as after the sex change they are still unhappy so sue someone .

And yeah sure me the daughter of a world war two veteran and a war widow should apologise to a grandstanding jackanapes.
No!
You need to apologise to their memory for having the gall to state on the old Cat that you would accept anything in order to end the current state of affairs.

Petition EN3046 – Immediately Stop COVID-19 Vaccines for children aged 12-16

Thanks Indolent.
Signing important petitions like this one is just a little step towards a free Australia but an important one. It may make a difference and is better than doing nothing. Personally, it stops me from thinking there is nothing we can do, and gives a starting point in debates with friends and family.

Terrible trauma in Kabul. Very frightening that the airport is a dangerous place but the only way out.
Biden is half demented. Boris Johnson and Scott Morrison buddying up to him at various times should have known better and took more interest in the withdrawal. Simply took no interest in the details and there it goes, a humanitarian disaster.

Biden’s military, who are looking more and more like Nk’s military, so heavy with medals they can’t move, had delegated airport security to the talifucks:

A campaigning Justin Trudeau admits the vaccines don’t do shit.
Tells the unvaxxed “don’t think you can get on a plane or a train besides vaccinated people and put them at risk”.

Struth, I’m sorry I didn’t present Gianna Jessen’s quote more clearly. That it did piss you off, but I can fully understand.
You see, just like boys, men & fathers, people like her (an abortion survivor), girls, women, mothers, have also suffered greatly due to the rise of the femiNasties.
Mothers mostly in how they see this age hack away at the sons they love and cause their husbands to second guess every sound instinct lest some woman construct a take down of them, just because they can.
Anyway, it wasn’t meant as a berating, “men, fix this!”, (if you watch her 15 minute speech you’ll see that’s not of her spirit), but rather an acknowledgement that no matter what bitter & sinister women say, men do have a right to fight for the lives of their children. It most certainly is not only, “women’s business”.

Infowars on the Denham Hitchcock story:
After 25 days, he finally went to the hospital where doctors diagnosed him with having heart inflammation, or pericarditis.
“25 days after the shot and probably a little late to hospital – but here I am – diagnosed with pericarditis – or inflammation of the heart due to the Pfizer vaccine,” Hitchcock wrote.
Hitchcock says he spoke with physicians in other hospitals who related having similar experiences with patients, saying, “One hospital has had well over a dozen cases like me.”
Despite the terrible experience with the vaccine, the deluded reporter went on to tell Australians they should consider the AstraZeneca shot rather than Pfizer, even though that shot has been blamed for causing deadly blood clots.
“In the current vaccine frenzy, no one is talking about this but it’s clearly happening – and if you want the vaccine and have any heart history it would be worth talking to your GP about your vaccine choice, especially as AZ is readily available and does not have this side effect.”
The icing on the cake is Hitchcock actually believes the Australian government, one of the most ruthlessly authoritarian in terms of Covid enforcement, could keep its promise to ease travel restrictions.
“If you don’t want the vaccine – i don’t have a problem with that either – but life and travel will get difficult for you. The only thing for me that’s dead certain – if they don’t open Australia up when we reach their milestone of 70% – then there will be a lot more people marching in the street. You want the trust ? Keep your damn promise.”
