The “you must be vaccinated” mantra has reached hysterical proportions. It’s on the news and all the talk shows and the only reason they can put forth is if you don’t get vaccinated you will be confined to house arrest.

Tradies are told get a vaccine or you don’t eat. Yeah, that’s some informed consent.

Yet not a single media or talking head can or will raise the cost/benefit ratio which is all costs and maybe benefits some time down the road.

I am not anti-vaccine but I really detest being railroaded, being blackmailed and downright threatened.

Look what it’s done to people, and I’m not just talking about the death and terrible side effects.
People rushed in, like Lizzie, I put it to you that it was a moment of weakness. The desire to travel, looking at her own age, allowing herself to believe Covid was a bad disease to justify it.
It won’t free her, and it most likely will shorten her life, and one thing can be sure, at her age she won’t be put down as a vaccine death.
She’s noticeably off kilter, so are a few more here if they would admit it to themselves.
They are off kilter because they are decent people who erred, and although they most likely will pay for it with their lives, that price is way too high because they fell for the propaganda.
    It has been overwhelming.
That in it’s self should have let you know it was bullshit.
So I say these things because they will be examples to the rest.
Whatever you do, do not get the jab.
Everyday, whether it makes you sick to admit that bloody arsehole struth was right, every hour, more and more proof comes in and more deaths.
THERE IS NO REASON TO TAKE IT, and you know it.

Shatterzzz – Clarkson is a trouper. “Our Yorkshire Farm” has been an institution on the BBC, at least as far as I can gather from the Express (see today). I’ve never watched it. But as with everything it got old and went to seed. Whereupon Clarkson stepped in with His Farm. Bless his little extrovert socks! So the Express has lately been including articles from his farm and from the BBC farm (as today viz above link). A sort of mano-e-mano hobby farmwise.

The “you must be vaccinated” mantra has reached hysterical proportions. It’s on the news and all the talk shows and the only reason they can put forth is if you don’t get vaccinated you will be confined to house arrest.

All of these employees work for companies that are (and in many cases themselves personally), in receipt of sums of money to push that exact message right now.

There’s a product that needs selling, it’s worth billions of dollars, the media and many politicians and public health are the paid salesmen.”

It’s actually good that stix is documenting these abuses of power and absurd nonsensical political decisions.

It’s all a front for running interference for Biden.

Ellie – You’ve a whole blog full of Cats to interact with! After that I could tell you how to befriend the local wild creatures, although my elderly lady possum who I’ve been hoping will arrive hasn’t done so for a couple evenings. But last time she did, Friday I think, she and her kid had a great time: I’d handed one end of a carrot to mum and the other end to her kid, who is a feisty young male brushtail, just weaned. They chewed on either end of the carrot with much tugging of war. Finally mum prevailed and departed towards my roof, with remains of carrot, whereupon kid decided he’d better follow.

I watched Andrew Bolt for the first time in a while last week.
He was blaming those five deceased New South Welshmen who died “of COVID” for not getting themselves ‘vaccinated.’

Sky have worked out what they think is a neat middle way in all this: they all hammer Andrews and Sad Glad and speak up for Struggle Street – but they season the red meat with lavish vax promos.

Sky loves this crisis: they’re on the best wicket, product-wise.

Murray this very minute: “If you don’t want to get vaccinated, that’s your business… good luck with COVID.”

Are you in an abusive relationship? Here’s 15 signs to watch for.

    They…

    1. Stop you seeing friends or family,

    2. Tell you what to wear,

    3. Won’t let you go out without permission,

    4. Dismiss your opinions,

    5. Call you names or shame you for being stupid or selfish,

    6. Control the finances, won’t let you work,

    7. Tell you it’s for your own good and they know better,

    8. Punish you for breaking the rules, but the rules keep changing,

    9. Don’t allow you to question it,

    10. Play the victim, if things go wrong it’s all your fault,

    11. Gaslight you, challenge your memory of events, make you doubt yourself,

    12. Control what you read, watch or say,

    13. Monitor everything you do,

    14. Tell you you’re crazy and no one agrees with you,

    15. Monitor your phone or emails.

Are you in an abusive relationship with your government? How many of these are you experiencing?

If your local Member of Parliament is not standing publicly against your abuser, tell him or her that you will put them last at the next election.

He wants the government to use its knowledge about our whereabouts to “ping” the unvaccinated on their phones to tell them there are vaccs being doled out in their area – so hop to it. He actually said “we need to start doing something” to get “thee people” to obey.

This is 3AW too. Tom Elliott supported SPC requiring employee vaccination or there’s the door. He spoke to the union which were resisting but he fobbed off their concern as mere quibble about not being consulted.

For Bruce of Newcastle, you’d love my birds. Where I’m living we have the usual cockies and magpies, but also king parrots, crimson rosellas, the occasional lorikeets and other birds.

I’ve had one pair of the king parrots eating out of my hand, but no luck with the rosellas. I’m not going to bother with the cockatoos.

How much of an Audience is Paul Murray losing every night he goes on with this tosh?

    Go woke, go broke.
He was always a very dumb boy with no real principles he couldn’t adjust if needed.
He thinks he’s middle of the road with this, while the dumb bastard seems to have forgotten his audience WAS predominantly the quiet right wing side of things.

Ellie – the world is full of fun things, like The Day of the Doctor, which I just watched, and tame brushtails. Yesterday I got all narcissistic because of a butcherbird. Went for a walk around my suburb and after a few hundred metres this birdy arrived onto a nearby power pole. So I put out my arm and he flew down and landed on it, receiving lunch – a large lump of Coles mince. Across the road was a lady and her two very handsome dogs – they look like large golden retrievers, but white. I don’t know the breed. So seeing she thought she’d just seen something she wasn’t sure she saw, I went over, and explained. He learned to do it some time ago, but rarely does so for an audience. We then had a nice chat, and I became friends with her and her fine dogs!
