I wasn’t intending to attribute the PHON campaign to you.
I have no issue with Roberts raising whatever he likes.
What I object to is the tactic of suggesting it is a done deal and already legislated.
To be fair, Roberts didn’t say that as far as I know, but I suspect that PHON acolytes have been whipping it up behind the scenes.
The sort of things the Greens would do.

Good luck suing someone for using a fairly common name on a blog.

So you’re saying that if I was – hypothetically – to post something defamatory about a known person and sign it off under another name that is also a known person, I shouldn’t expect either person to take offence at that cos they are common names and it was just a bit of fun on a blog? Is that really your argument?

    Immaculate conceptions!

Women’s Prison Dealing With ‘Wave of Pregnancies’ in Wake of California’s ‘Compassionate’ Trans Law (6 Aug)

For example, there is a report from the Women’s Liberation Front or WoLF, of a woman incarcerated in the Central California Women’s Facility who is pregnant. This, of course, would be the result of state laws that let biological male inmates transfer to women’s prisons, provided these men identify as transgender. The law, SB132, took effect in January. Since then, 261 men have asked to be moved to the women’s facilities. WoLF said in a tweet: “Conditions are described as ‘a nightmare’s worst nightmare’ by women incarcerated in California after the passage of @Scott_Wiener’s SB 132. Now, the system is bracing for a wave of pregnancies and increased violence in the facilities. #StopSB132.”

Also noteworthy is the fact from WoLF that the prison administration is passing out condoms to people who say they are women. And, apparently, there is a class transferring prisoners must take teaching them how to handle questions about their new-found gender and how to deal with living with cis-gendered people. Nothing, it seems, about how to behave themselves.

It is a sign of the times that lefties no longer seem to know how babies are made.

If you look at the interview with the defendant, he holds up a piece of paper clearly stating that no such evidence could be provided. Whatever the Judge finally based his decision on, this is still an official response to a subpoena.

Clauses 8-11 in the Document displayed in the video are pretty clearcut to me. I don’t see how you can infer the existence/non-existence of the virus because the Court didn’t even need to consider it as it was irrelevant to the case. The official response was to not consider it at all! If you see it differently, fine. I just think you’re clutching at straws.

Stella Immanuel filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court claiming that, “in an effort to vilify, demonize and embarrass President Trump, Cooper and CNN published a series of statements of fact about Dr. Immanuel that injured her reputation and exposed her to public hatred, contempt, ridicule, and financial injury.”

The suit contends that hydroxychloroquine is “entirely effective” in the treatment of COVID. Immanuel says that CNN, in discrediting the drug, “effectively caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands whose lives would have been spared if they had been treated early with HCQ.”

    Michael Evans
Saturday August 07 2021, 12.00am BST, The Times
    United States

American B-52 bombers and Spectre gunships have been sent into action against the Taliban to try to stop the insurgents’ march on three key cities.

The return of the B-52 “stratofortress” after at least a year’s hiatus is the clearest sign yet that the Pentagon is being forced to intensify daily sorties, not only to halt the Taliban but also to help the struggling Afghan air force.

The Taliban yesterday overran Zaranj in Nimroz, a southwest province bordering Iran, making it the first provincial capital to fall since foreign troops began their withdrawal, while in the capital, Kabul, the insurgents assassinated Dawa Khan Menapal, the government’s chief media officer.

The UK government yesterday advised all Britons in Afghanistan to leave because of the “worsening situation”.

Aircraft used by the Afghans, many supplied by the US, are running out of spares, munitions and pilots, at least seven of whom have been killed after being targeted by the Taliban. The rest of the pilots are reported to be exhausted by the relentless missions.”

According to a press release, AFLDS is asking to immediately stop administration of experimental COVID vaccines in anyone 18 and younger, all those who have recovered from COVID and acquired natural immunity, and every other American who has not received informed consent as defined by federal law.

The 67-page motion requests the judge issue a preliminary injunction pursuant to § 360bbb–3(b)(1)(C) for the following reasons:

    – There is no emergency, which is a prerequisite to issuing EUA and EUA renewals for COVID vaccines.
    – There is “no serious or life-threatening disease or condition.”
    – Vaccines do not diagnose, treat or prevent SARS-CoV-2 or COVID.

    🚨 Calling all cars 🚨
Covid negative escapee on the loose!

‘The 24-year-old tested negative for COVID upon entering quarantine but “further testing is required to confirm her Covid-19 status”, police said.

Queensland Police Deputy Commissioner Steve Gollschewski said police will continue to search for the 24-year-old.

“The best thing I can say that is young lady give yourself up because we will not stop until we find you,” he said on Saturday.‘

Also what has sportsball got to do with bottom-banditry? What is the point?

Brainwashing. It is not aimed at you, jupes, my good friend.

It’s aimed at the young folk. Which makes it even more insidious.

    “Liberty Ships:”
The film touches lightly on the issue of the Liberty Ships breaking in two – due to design flaws, no doubt, but didn’t give the answer to the problem.
IIRC (standard for me these days) they welded a strip of plate around the ship near the water line which seemed to solve the problem…

That was Phil, a retired school principal; he’s good value. I’m also regularly on Pete Davis, Dave Cochrane and that loveable nitwit Dave Sutherland.

I listen to talkback radio in short spells only. Can’t tolerate it for too long. There aren’t any really Conservative presenters so it is dominated by the lefty jabber.

However, when I hear a non-lefty caller I wonder if it could be someone from this blog, like you, cohenite. You’ve mentioned before that you call in to the shows on that radio station. 🙂

Pete Davis is good, but over the past month he has been treading cautiously on the virus and vaccination debate.
