In any event, all you’ve done here is made preposterous claims, then remain silent when asked for evidence and like now whine about how hard done you are. You clown.”

First, as usual, you attack with obvious, insulting BS, intending to force those you want silenced into going down your path, impossibly trying to defend themselves against a mob of BSer’s you know are always keep to pounce. Cheap, nasty & dirty.

Secondly, I won’t bother wasting my time looking back for the specific BS you claimed but I did post MSMNews links which, unknown to us all then was an error, as we can only do one link at a time here, but you know that now so know my multiple links would not have gone through but to send me chasing them again.

However as you get most worked up about anyone talking about the enormous Trade in International Human Trafficking, I’d say it was some of those big busts of Child Rape On Demand Paedophile Circles (only one of which had at least 70,000 Members world wide, run by an Australian), or it may have been the MSMNews of the International Mobster Busts (that Australia was also a key player in), that included Human Trafficking; btw, children, like women, are humans but because they’re usually bought, sold & trafficked for different ‘work’ to men, propagandists for Sex Slavers like to deny & bury the fact of International Sex Slavery, or only call it called Human Trafficking if it has to be mentioned at all.

    The stairway to recovery.

Ive been busy trying to find out if Covid jab that ends badly is a compensateable injury if it is directed as mandatory by a business.

Near complete lack of information on the issue on Worksafe or the WA websites.

Lots of stuff about tip toeing around your business making them mandatory, and how much right to know peoples medical history etc.. Including the lovely line that businesses can make them mandatory for NEW hires.

Im speculating here, but I think its an issue they have deliberately avoided making a ruling on rather than an oversight.
Ive sent them a lovely little email asking about this scenario, funnily enough you can only submit general inquiries which they will then choose to respond to on the website FAQs.

    https://coronavirus.fairwork.gov.au/

    “6 August 2021
National Cabinet announcement: Vaccination in the workplace
On 6 August 2021, the National Cabinet met and discussed the issue of employers seeking to mandate that employees be vaccinated against COVID-19.

As part of the announcement, the Prime Minister explained that official government advice has said that there may be situations where it is reasonable for employers to require an employee to be vaccinated. This advice included considering issues such as the reasonableness of any employer direction and the application of anti-discrimination laws.

The Prime Minister acknowledged that ultimately employers need to consider these issues and make their own decisions appropriate to their workplace.

We are currently reviewing our information on this website and will have updated guidance on this issue soon. Check back this section regularly for updates.”

However, if you go have a look at workers’ compensation provisions, it is pretty obvious if an employer demands a person be vaccinated in order to obtain/retain employment, then any injury or illness sustained as a result would invoke workers compensation liability.

“…article…by Steve Waterson…some would label as seditious.”

Wouldn’t such a designation be in contrast to the paradox people live out every day in Australia? That being, they are technically responsible for electing politicians though denied the choice to abstain from voting. In as such can be said to be directly or tangentially responsible for the actions of politicians.

Yet the trade-off for the involuntary voting aspect of the system seems to be the unwritten, inassailable “right” to comprehensively blame the politicians whenever anything occurs that the person/ people don’t like or agree with. Everything seems to be everybody’s or nobody’s fault.

One thing is certain these days, it is very rare for individuals to take personal responsibility for anything.

Sedition doesn’t seem that accurate a term. Yeah, you are right in that there probably are people that may not understand the author’s satire. Far too many.

If anything, it appears more cut and dried, Mole.
According to the Wokers Compensation Ombudsman site, any injury or illness sustained as a result of employment is liable for compensation payment.

Obviously there are caveats where employees are doing something they shouldn’t be doing without the employers knowledge or consent, but as soon as the boss makes something a condition of employment and an injury or an illness results, then workers compensation would be payable.

These will be available as soon as today or tomorrow. Printed on card stock and mimicking some versions of the so-called vaccine passport, the Control Group Member Record is an official document proving you not only believe in science, but you have volunteered to see science done right.

The guarantee of deposits during the GFC is different to a “bail in”.
That was a guarantee from the government to the depositor to make good deposits if a bank should fail.
I think it was $1 meg to start, then I think it dropped to $250k, but not totally sure.
Scraping up depositors funds to re-capitalise a failed bank is something else altogether.
My point was that it was claimed that this power already exists.

He said that he is an atheist but he believes in the values that we have as a result of Christianity – freedom, free speech and so on. There are those who want to turn Australia into a secular state and hence it is important in the Census question on religion that people who believe in the free speech, liberty etc should tick the Christian religion boxes – even if they are atheists like himself. The information in the Census will be used to determine policy.

I love my wife, however sometimes I wonder about her. She tells me the other day about a publisher looking for people who own dogs as they want to photograph them and include them in a book about people of Vic and their dogs. I stated that it was just a scam and she said that it didn’t cost anything for the pictures (if you travel to Melbourne), I said yeh, that’s because they know that all the dills who have their pictures taken will buy a copy of the book, and that’s it, no one else will, it’s just vanity publication. She thought I was too hard and lots of people would want to buy the book. I gave up.

This arvo she says, “I just got an email from the publisher, and we have been accepted for inclusion in the book!”. I give up, an otherwise smart woman taken in by scammers, well she can do it, what else can I do? Why do idiot dog lovers think that the rest of the world will love their stinking dog like they do?

But alas, this isn’t the front page that I am looking at as I type. The dead tree version has that ponce Patrick Dangerfield issuing a ‘call to arms’ and get vaccinated. Pointing to his arm.
Now correct me if I am wrong, but didn’t this flog get to ply his trade whilst everyone else was in detention? The irony seems lost on Patty

Will the IPCC report acknowledge reality?
Date: 06/08/21Dr David Whitehouse, GWPF Science Editor
Seven years after its last report in 2014 on the state of climate science (AR5) the Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change (IPCC) will publish a report on Monday, updating the global public on the latest data, observations and predictions about climate change. But will it acknowledge reality?

Monday’s report is part of the final Sixth Assessment Report, or AR6, to be released in 2022. Two other chapters are due – on climate change impacts on communities, societies and economies and how they might adapt to cope, and another one on ways of curbing emissions and mitigating climate change.

The report is highly anticipated, particularly after being delayed for months because of the COVID pandemic. It is widely expected to say that “temperatures are rising more quickly than we thought” as the average global temperature has only continued to climb. As a result of this increase there has already been more deadly and disastrous weather around the world. The world’s glaciers are melting faster than ever and hurricanes are stronger. There have been unprecedented rains in Asia and Europe, as well as wildfires almost everywhere.

While AR5 said it was “extremely likely that human influence has been the dominant cause of the observed warming since the mid-20th century,” the new report will use stronger language. Corinne Le Quéré from the University of East Anglia has been reported as saying, “Obviously, it is going to be stronger than what we had in the past because of the growing warming of the planet.”

As we anticipate dramatic headlines let’s just consider one small problem – global warming has not been accelerating since the last IPCC report. Quite the opposite.

Whatever else is said, asserted or implied, the basic annual average global temperature data is the bedrock upon which much of the IPCC assessment and its predictions should rest. The question is whether or not it will be represented accurately and fairly.

Consider the HadCRUT5 global temperature database maintained by the UK Met Office…

    The graph shows temperature falling:

If you look at the interview with the defendant, he holds up a piece of paper clearly stating that no such evidence could be provided. Whatever the Judge finally based his decision on, this is still an official response to a subpoena.

Media outlets like this which advocate overthrow of Western capitalism should be closed and their owners imprisoned. It’s time the West gave up this bullshit that tolerance should be extended to the enemies of the West. I’m sick of gutless conservative folk, pollies, media hacks etc, saying freedom of speech when what we are dealing with is insurrection and treason.
