    Nelson, as johanna has said – the Register/Login function was meant to solve the problem of repeating user name & email id details for each comment + the bug related to the time delay in viewing comments.

    1- Once you are registered, you just log in once and it is set until you log off. 2- It is password protected. 3- You see all comments as soon as they are posted.

    The downside for those with Gravatars – cannot be displayed due to some bug.

    Ted, I face that problem, too. I try to fact-check before posting something but it is not easy. Many of the “fact-checkers” are paid to debunk true stories so it is hard to sift fact from fake.

    There was a time in the past, when a vaccine had to go through a trial period of at least 5-7 years before it was approved. Now it seems like 5-7 days is enough.

    Under the bill, anyone who refused to attend a scheduled vaccination appointment would receive an official summons from local authorities. If an individual failed to show up, they would then be summoned one more time within the next four weeks.

    The Austrian legislation will see kids as young as 14 sent to gaol for refusing the jab. It must be infuriating for the Austrians as they share a border with Czechia which has no vaxxine mandate as they prescribe Ivermectin treatments for Covid-19.

    A year ago, this month, a Cat commenter brought up the topic of having a birthday around Christmas time. Because everyone is busy with Christmas preparations and celebrations, no one is really interested in a birthday party, the week after Christmas.

    I thought about it and understood why someone with a birthday around Christmas (or any other major occasion) would feel it is really unfair that they could not celebrate their special day, as most people do. It reminded me that there are those who also have no one to wish them on their birthday, and it must feel very lonely.

    So I decided, starting January 2021, every month I would put out a birthday wish – it was a general wish, not personal, but I hoped that in a small way, it was a wish for that month’s birthday Cats, whoever they were, getting a wish for their birthday from another Cat.

    I wasn’t sure if I would be able to continue each month, till the end of the year.

    And now, here we are in December 2021. It happened. I was able to go through each month of this year, with a wish – so all of you – have been wished for your birthday this year, through the Cat2 and Cat3 blogs.

    It was a fun project finding suitable pictures, and thinking up a wish for each month.

    Great news for TV viewers, they have just suspended Chris Cuomo indefinitely! The big question is, was it because of his horrendous ratings, which in all fairness have permeated CNN and MSDNC, or was it because his brother is no longer Gov?… In any event, Fredo is gone!
