    The Rubin Report host Dave Rubin speaks with Sky News host Paul Murray about one of his wake-up calls to the “twisted, evil, woke cult” and how he was shocked to find conservatives to be “nicer”.

    Mr Rubin said a few years ago he had Larry Elder, a conservative radio host, on his YouTube show and was beaten “senseless with facts” by Mr Elder on the matter of systemic racism.

    “And instead of doing what most lefties do which is call him a horrible name or cancel the show or kick him out or whatever, we aired it, we aired it as is,” he told Sky News host Paul Murray.

    “And a few days later I saw a lot of people in the comments going, ‘you know, they’ve kind of listened’.”

    He said after this he started talking to other conservatives and found although he had some disagreements, they were “very open” to discussion and “knew what they thought and why they thought it”.

    “And I find them, honestly, this was the most shocking part – I found them nicer.”

    The war might have been prevented — probably would have been prevented — if Ukraine had been willing to abide by the Minsk agreement, recognize the Donbas as an autonomous entity within Ukraine, avoid NATO military advisors, and pledge not to enter NATO. Nevertheless, what was possible even as late as January 2022 may not be possible now. The Russian annexation of additional territory raises the stakes. But the longer the war continues the harder it is going to be to avoid the utter destruction of Ukraine.

    War profiteering, as demonstrated in US LNG sales to Europe and arms sales to Ukraine, are just a bonus on the side of the real aim of this war.

    The NWO’s aim was to oust Putin, break up Russia by creating five smaller friendly nations, then bring China into the NWO fold. They can’t bring pressure to bear on China without a land border, China will be impossible to defeat from the sea.

    I think they realise now that Russia won’t be defeated and that the American Empire has reached its final border in eastern Europe and it will advance no further. Their aim now will be to make our lives more locked-down and miserable.

    We shouldn’t be surprised that pollies are playing along as they are more concerned with their own survival.
