“The new ticket has received the blessing from Environment Minister and moderate faction powerbroker Matt Kean”

The only place kean would be considered a moderate would be at a convention of extinction rebellion.

She certainly has a ‘presence’. I didn’t even know she existed until last night.

    She’s a hoot.

To those who tune in to my numeros:

This weekend, there seems to be some problem that is causing the images to load very, very slowly. Probably, something related to the server.

I’ll get back to posting them once I have worked out what’s causing the issue.

    @Neil … the dumb one.

The Howard/Costello gubmint had so much tax revenue pouring in and reduced government debt to zero that the Turdbull likes had to work out more crap to spend money on so Government Commercial Bills could once again be issued and traded.

It frightened the fk out of them to think that a country could be debt free.

    Howard agreed.

    No Australian PM sets prices.

They just make laws that allow whatever.

You are being deceptive and disingenuous.  “””

    I don’t see your point.

The allegation is we got a bad price for our natural gas exports because of Howard. I doubt the PM is there when the prices for our exports is determined. Does the PM lean across the table and tell the experts that the price is too low and we should ask for a higher price??

The market sets the price not the PM. The PM does have to power to ban exports in the national interest but i doubt he/she has anything to do commodity prices.

Now Rudd/Gillard were warned not to sign anymore export contracts otherwise we may have a shortage of gas. Well Gillard signed more contracts.

    Check your ISP.

I actually love your numeric posts but after changing to an other isp they were all flagged with warnings.

I’ve since changed back, 2 days ago, and your stuff comes through ok.

may I suggest you run the Ookla Speed test, or similar, but don’t take so much notice of the ping, download and upload metrics but more importantly check the server address location.

    I’ll be interested.

I would just like to know if we got a bad price for our natural gas exports because Howard did not haggle enough when the experts were determining gas prices. Howard according to Cohenite should have lent across the table and told the miners the price was too low.

Surely the market sets the price for iron ore, coal, beef etc. Not the PM
