Just 14% of likely Democratic primary voters choose their governors or state legislators when asked in the latest Trafalgar Group/Convention of States Action poll: “Who do you think is most effective at defending the rights and promoting the issues you care about?

The ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr has since announced the nation’s capital will be plunged into its first lockdown since the early days of the pandemic from 5pm AEST Thursday.

It joins Greater Sydney and a dozen local government areas in regional NSW in lockdown, as Sydney’s second wave of infections continues to grow.

The lockdown comes in the middle of federal parliament sitting, with it being unclear whether the NT’s representatives will make it back to the Territory before the borders close.

Macca’s in Katherine are drive through only. Not enough staff.

    Yes. Not enough staff.

Or, the franchisee decided against having the sit-down/counter area permanently populated by up to 100 ‘locals’ taking a break from being mown down by road trains in the main street, and shitting on the floor while demanding free stuff because whitey.

You say it’s not easy to tell whether it is one or the other.

It that claim substantiatable in any way?

It’s already know that people can get break through covid despite being vaccinated and can still die.

Bolt’s tonight is execrable (again). Yapping poodle Clennell followed by Bimbecile Neilsen. Both as usual, had nothing remotely interesting or insightful to say about their topics du jour.

If they were any more lightweight, they’d float away.

Grease monkey – what part of “do not respond to me again” do you not fully understand?

Fuck off , red neck. I’ll respond whenever and however I like, you QLD piece of shit. Apply that rule to yourself for the next 12 months, and after that I’ll see how I feel.
Stop groveling and speaking for the site host, you groveler.

It’s amusing that whenever most peripherals tested in a stoush, they always go for the racist insult… fucking white trash. It’s not the insult in itself, as I couldn’t give a shit. It’s the temerity that some worthless whitetrash piece thinks he’s something. FMD.

The one scene the True Grit remake didn’t try to replicate is one of my all-time favourites. Yes, Duke Wayne really jumped that fence, nearly giving director Henry Hathaway a heart attack in the process:

I’ve seen both and intend to see 3.10 again as it was so good. Also, for the weekend I’m scheduling Tombstone (also the remake). I think it’s one of the best Westerns ever made.

In canola news it is at $800 per tonne and heading towards $1000
And in a good year it yields 1 tonne per acre
And it’s a very good year in northern Victoria

    Selling misplaced hope since 1996.

I blame the 2002 salary cap fiasco.

Speaking of salary cap shenanigans, at least the club (and Visy) bought a fabulous house for Bec.
Not a complete disaster for everyone involved.
Oh, and the Lions are now in to $1.10 and Carringbush are out to $7.00.

Jackie Howe is a bit different from a normal singlet.
Has a longer tail at the back so you don’t spend the day with your arse crack hanging out while bent over shearing.

Yea, that’s right I took a hit because I’ve instructed you, several times in fact, to stop trying to tell us what to do on the site while groveling to the site host. As stated before, it’s unseemly and frankly a grotesque form of groveling. Instead of an apology to me and the readership, we end up the a racist flip-out. Great, another peripheral racebaiting flip-out.

And I’m the one taking a hit. You dishonest, triggered red neck, stop the groveling and for goodness sake stop trying to give the rest of us instructions.

Why is McConnell signing off on the 3.5T infrastructure bill? Trump’s infrastructure plan went no where and then he was against the $2000 to American’s before the election last year. He was concerned about debt then, but not now?

Yes Latham I think instinctively supports state power, and seems to waver a bit on Twitter. But knows there’s many a vote to be harvested in courting the anti-lockdown anti-vaccine passport forgotten people for one nation.

Walking a fine line Latham. Don’t fuck it up.

“Wife-beater” seems to be an American term and of relatively recent origin.
Definitely the WHITE singlet …. as in, worn by the white trash who can’t be bothered getting properly dressed.

The navy blue singlet has been known as a Jackie Howe since the days of blade shearing.
