    The Age

‘A Victorian woman slapped with a suspended jail term and criminal record for having a picnic with her dying father while subject to quarantine rules has won an appeal to have her sentence reduced.

Supreme Court documents revealed the 50-year-old woman, who was not named, was granted permission to enter Western Australia in October 2020 to say goodbye to her father, who had stage four colon cancer and just weeks to live.’

All still works for me. I’ve never been on Twitter.

To check I stuck @RealJamesWoods in DDG, then once on his feed searched “basement”. That tweet immediately comes up:

Btw, re the Taliban Twitter account I was amused by this:

Facebook Bans Taliban Accounts Under ‘Dangerous Organization’ Policy (17 Aug)

Wow, it only took twenty years for FaceChook to come to this epic decision! Weird how it happens a day after they made Biden look like a drooling idiot.

Trouble is the NSW Govt has elected to use Twitter as a rolling press release, so that much…much content is hidden further down the list.

The world has moved on from Western feminism and the totem pole of victimhood has been adjusted accordingly.

As ever, Their ABC was in the forefront, covering the fall of Kabul from the angle of “But what will happen to the alphabet people?”.

I was reading some bugman agri-corp newspaper posing as a rural paper the other day: “Country Life”.

In it the CEO of some food factory or another wrote a piece encouraging the government to get on with vaccinations (hint *mandatory* hint), using all the usual “do our part as individuals in society” mewling at the proles.

Then, at the end he explained it was all necessary so they could open the borders again and bring in Chinese peasants to work in their fields under slave labour conditions. Well, that’s not how he put it, but that’s what he needs. He needs you to capitulate to getting the vaccine so he can get back to flooding the country with cheap labor to create produce that he can sell back to Asia while you eat the scraps.

The NSW Twitter feed reads like increasingly hysterical, delusional, hyperventilating messages coming out of Jonestown up to the moment of disaster.

Documentary made in 2030: “Sydneytown: A Study in Hysteria”
    …
“Messages on the NSW Health Twitter feed became increasingly deranged and frantic. One message indicated that lying to contact tracers would be severely punished, another that the only way citizens would ever have ‘freedom’ to be let out of their houses was to take the vaccine. “

    …

“Then at 10:30pm on the second of September 2021, there was silence – no more messages. Authorities from neighbouring countries, concerned that something may have happened, slowly made their way to Sydneytown where what they found horrified the world: Everyone had taken the vaccine – most voluntarily, some forced to by Gladys Jones security forces, all…including children, were dead. A few had fled into the jungles surrounding Sydney where they had been hunted by security forces…”
