The Niva was a small two-door 4WD that looked a little like a shrunken first-gen Range Rover. Just now reaching the end of production, apparently.

The Samara was a small hatchback or sedan, most notable by being a side business for Peter Brock when he was building hot Commodores. He quipped afterwards that the quality was so bad they virtually had to rebuild every car before they could sell them.

Ah, yes, self driving horses. I am thinking of the ones that did daily household delivery runs like milk or bread, where the milko or baker would be running between the cart and the houses while Dobbin plodded obediently to the next stop.

Not to mention the household horse in the country, which would reliably take its sometimes sleeping passenger home after a night of celebration at a neighbour’s place.

Much safer and smarter than any self driving car.

    Omeleto:

The Rapture has happened, and most of the population has disappeared, leaving behind a desolate, empty world. Those left behind must scavenge, scrap, fight and even kill to survive.

Amid this landscape, a lone scavenger named Thomas makes his way through the world. Pitiless and willing to do anything to survive, he isn’t afraid to inflict violence. But when he comes face to face with a remnant of the past, it awakens dormant emotions in him, ones he thought were long forgotten.

Written and directed by Michael Woloson, this short drama riffs on the classic themes of the Western, where people must survive a harsh, dangerous environment, even if the attempts cost them their humanity. Handsomely shot and beautifully crafted, this film has a post-apocalyptic take on the Western genre. Instead of a raw empty West, the landscape is now the ravages of suburbia. But the survivors amidst the decimated dwellings are still as unflinching and merciless as their cinematic predecessors, and as quick to murder and maim.

True to the laconic nature of the genre, the writing features very little dialogue. Much of the film’s initial impact comes from its striking evocation of a ravaged, haunted world and economical world-building. Thomas’s encounters with the other hard-scrabble scavengers and vagrants are marked by their ruthlessness and silence, as they battle over the dwindling resources around them.

This silence is ruptured, though, when Thomas hears the sound of a guitar strumming in the distance. It alerts him to the sound of another person that might have something he wants or needs. But as he confronts the guitarist, he becomes intrigued by the music. Forcing the musician to play, Thomas’s hardened demeanor falls away, a transition captured by actor Joey Bader with a kind of wild, boyish innocence. He reveals a rusty sense of joy at the pure pleasure of hearing a familiar, beloved song — a sensation that’s relatable, and even primal, and one long forgotten in such a world as this.

The music at the heart of “The Jester’s Song” is iconic, well-known and beloved. But in this dystopian land, it becomes an ironic, even elegiac comment on what has been lost — or perhaps what was never achieved, much to society’s detriment. The beauty and tragedy of the film are how it captures both the lost beauty and primal happiness that music gives us, but also how fragile joy and happiness are, especially in a cruel, callous, dog-eat-dog world. The end of “The Jester’s Song” stays true to its world and vision, for better or worse, and invites questions of just how much humans shape their environment as much as are shaped by it.

    Pfizer-BioNTech ‘surprised’ by Moderna lawsuit
alleging they copied COVID-19 vaccine technology

Moderna is suing Pfizer and its partner BioNTech for patent infringement, claiming that the companies copied its technology to develop their COVID-19 vaccine.

Filing lawsuits in both the U.S. and Germany on Friday, Moderna said it believed the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine violated patented mRNA technology that it had begun developing years before the pandemic took hold.

Moderna accused Pfizer and BioNTech of copying its “groundbreaking technology” without permission to develop their own vaccine against the coronavirus.

“Pfizer and BioNTech took four different vaccine candidates into clinical testing, which included options that would have steered clear of Moderna’s innovative path,” the company alleged in a press release on Friday.

Around the 19:25 minute mark, Neil says

There is clearly nothing that our controlling authoritarian government fears more than an educated, healthy strong population of self sufficient independent individuals who can take responsibility for themselves.

On the contrary what they want are uneducated, unhealthy, unhappy, fearful people who are made compliant by that state of mind and by that state of being.

…“The society that separates it scholars from its warriors will have its thinking done by cowards and its fighting done by fools.”

It is incumbent upon us as far as we possibly can to learn as much as we can and be as strong and healthy as we possibly can be.

This, to me, is why alternative media and blogs like these are so valuable.

The WEF, UN and our governments know they can control sheeple. But an educated society would resist control and would not fear the dictators. Having commentators such as Neil Oliver and others so clearly voice the truth and educate us on what is being done by these controllers helps us avoid the traps being set.

My response to those false accusations was to put ALL the quakes plus my forecasts up LIVE 24/7 to prove:
    A. I was not faking anything
    B. I was not Cherry picking to make it look like such and such
    C. I do not just issue forecasts for already prone areas

    Real Rukshan:

Leaked internal Interpol email between New Zealand and Australia published by NZ media outlet The BDF showing the steps taken by NZ Police/InterPol directly after a mainstream news publication (nzherald) published a sensational smear article without a byline. //

My passport was extraordinarily flagged in Australia when boarding my flight to NZ, the Qantas staff even remarked they had never seen such a flag before. It was only after lengthy checks & calls by persistent Qantas staff that NZ immigration agreed to lift the block on my Australian passport – after initially refusing multiple times.

After seeing this leaked internal email it’s clear I was targeted well ahead of time, alongside Avi Yemini by NZ Police / Interpol who state their objective as stopping both of us from entering the country. The email is full of conspiracy laden smears fabricated by mainstream publications, which is then used to support their request to bar entry and essentially stop journalists from reporting on news in New Zealand. Avi was stopped from boarding his flight which the media breathlessly reported was due to not following normal procedure, however it’s clear from these emails that decisions were made long before to go to any length to interfere in that process.

There is a clear lack of separation here between policing and politics, with the actions taken by NZ Police/Interpol being criticised as political interference and denial of press freedoms.

If this happened anywhere else in the world to journalists, countries like AUS and NZ would call it out.

“Interpol Wellington has received information that the two above names are believed to be Australian nationals intending to travel to NZ to join protest activity at Parliament scheduled on 23rd August 2022. NZ Police would like to stop the two from entering NZ and URGENTLY seek any information regarding criminal convictions or any information tending to show they are individuals of bad character, associated to Criminal Groups and individuals or Far Right extremism groups.”…

“Both subjects are associated to NZ social media commentator “Chantelle Baker” and are expected to join her at the protest in Parliament, posing as reporters.”

Old bloke. He walks his dog everyday and records it.

He’s a well exercised dog for sure. How does he afford to feed it, those big buggers won’t eat the bugs.

A cataclysmic event occurred along with the flood mentioned in the Bible.

I’m sure that there would have been a whole string of events till everything settled down, but I don’t understand how any of it related to the scenes in the video. They were nice pictures, those rock houses in Cappadocia are interesting to look at.

As I said, I just discovered him. It is a wait and see with this bloke.

However, weather modification technology exists. 👌

I wonder if the Yangtze River drying up is the result of weather modification technology. They might have stolen the southern Chinese rain season and sent it to Cairns.

Steve, you posted a link to another petrified tree video a few days ago which contained gold. That link didn’t work, could you repost it please.
