This is insidious………REGINALD ARHURELL IS A MAN. The MSM are playing along with this….but at least the judge can see right through HIM. This is an insult to HIS victims. Worth noting as well that HIS crimes are now recorded in “female” statistics.
“‘Lonely’ Sydney serial killer Regina Arthurell must be monitored: court
A triple killer has complained she was ‘lonely’ and shouldn’t have to wear an ankle monitor or tell people about her brutal past — but a judge wasn’t convinced.
The serial killer formerly known as Reginald Arthurell is living a “difficult, lonely life” but a judge has denied the triple-killer‘s dreams of flying under the radar in public.
Arthurell was paroled most recently in November 2020 after three decades behind bars and is transitioning genders.
Regina Kaye, the name Arthurell now goes by, argued she was 75 years old, frail and blind so should not have to wear an ankle monitor or disclose she had ended three lives.
The first was the manslaughter of her stepfather in 1974, then the manslaughter of a young man in the Northern Territory in a robbery in 1981.
While on parole in 1995 Arthurell carried out the “callous, senseless” murder of a woman who had struck up a relationship with the killer in prison.
Murder is rare in Australia, two homicides is exceptionally rare and three “is approaching the unique” NSW Supreme Court Justice Richard Button said in his judgment on Thursday.
“It is clear that the defendant is leading an extremely circumscribed, isolated, difficult life in the community,” the judge said before weighing up her good behaviour since release and physical challenges.
“Weighed against all of that is the simple fact that, by committing unlawful homicide thrice, over a period of many years and in notably different contexts, the defendant has unequivocally demonstrated a proclivity violently to terminate the lives of fellow human beings.”
Justice Button said it would be “simply far too dangerous” for Arthurell to be at complete liberty in the community and ordered a two year supervision order.
Arthurell asked to not wear an ankle monitor as part of the order because it was too “intrusive” and wanted authorities to disclose her murderous past only to intimate partners or friends.
The judge rejected those requests noting Arthurell “has brought the lives of three fellow human beings to an end”.
The court had heard Arthurell was keen on maintaining some kind of relationship with a person known only as “Kiwi”.
Kiwi, the court heard, is believed to have spent 12 years in prison for unlawful homicide and or child sexual assault – lawyers seemed to disagree on the exact nature of the crime.
Arthurell‘s barrister told the court Kiwi had not done prison time for killing but had committed “serious” crimes and NSW Police had issued a consorting notice to bust up the ”friendship”.
Psychological experts gave evidence that Arthurell would become more aggressive if she saw conditions imposed on her as pointless or punitive.
“Conditions that are perceived as hostile or unnecessarily restrictive could escalate Ms Arthurells level of frustration and create a situation where she behaves in a violent manner or acts aggressively,” one doctor told the court last month.
Arthurell, earlier this year, was moved from a Yagoona retirement community after neighbours were outraged to learn the killer parolee was living among them under her new identity.
The court heard Arthurell was distressed about being photographed in wigs by the media since her release from prison.
The court heard Arthurell had been part of an online group for people transitioning genders but had “sourly” fallen out with the group and was now alone in that regard as well.
Justice Button also heard from the family of Arthurell‘s third victim, Venet Raylee Mulhall, a faithful woman who had seen good in the imprisoned killer.
Arthurell, upon release, professed he was a born-again Christian like Ms Mulhall before killing her at her home in Coonabarabran, NSW, in 1995.
Her brother, Paul Quinn, has repeatedly called for Arthurell to remain behind bars.”<em"

“SPC mandatory vaccination for employees”
This seems the test case in Australia for the first company to “mandate” that people have a COVID vaccination as part of terms of employment.
I wonder though what happens to the people already employed there, who do not wish to be vaccinated. Whether they are made redundant or contract not renewed.
If SPC were so worried about transmission of the virus, then they could not really keep unvaccinated staff on at all in any part of their organisation? Non COVID vaccinated folk being viewed as lepers now, so to speak.

Just came across this … but (if you haven’t heard) there was a bit of excitement on the International Space Station when a newly arrived Russian module – the Nauka – misfired after docking and threw the ISS out of position.
The various media etc downplayed it and said that the ISS was shifted by 45 degrees. Yeah OK … it;s corrected … move on right?
We it turns out that the ISS ENDED up shifted by 45 degrees. In fact:
The actual figure, he said, is closer to 540 degrees, which means the ISS performed 1.5 backflips, in an impromptu performance that would make an Olympic athlete jealous. When the ISS stopped spinning, it was fully upside down, requiring a 180-degree forward flip to regain the outpost’s original position,

@john. “ arguments as to whether or not there has been exaggeration of COVID case numbers are not helped by pretending it doesn’t exist or that it doesn’t kill people.”
There is no reliable proof whatsoever that COVID-19 is any worse than Influenza A. The figures point to somewhere around 90% of all ‘victims’ dying WITH covid NOT OF Covid, so the actual mortality rate is so skewed that its useless. The numbers had to be there to justify the draconian actions of world governments, and no Im not going to say WHY they are doing this in concert, Im simply saying its as obvious as the nose on your face.
IT (Covid-19) kills people, the same as Influenza does. However, Influenza kills the very young as well, whereas C19 doesn’t.
So when Stairman Dan allowed flu infected people to go into nursing homes, he deliberately allowed Flu to take hold in a community where people WILL die if they contract a flu kike virus. They’re immuno compromised to start. Will be interesting to see if he and his cabal face manslaughter charges but I digress
How do you prove the ‘existence’ of COVID? You run the PCR cycles above 35 to get a positive rate – and as we always knew the PCR tests weren’t ever fit for purpose and were used to obtain positive results to justify emergency legislation, to justify…
Vaccines.

The mRNA vaccine technology, using Lipid Nano-Particles (LNPs), has never previously been used on humans.

Concerns about biodistribution are also now being raised about both the ‘produced’ Spike Protein and LNP components of the vaccines. Evidence of their delivery and expression systemically, beyond the injection site, is now available, including the unexpected accumulation of LNPs in the ovaries as revealed in the Japanese Ministry of Health animal studies, as well as studies revealing spike protein biodistribution concerns among health workers from Harvard’s Brigham Women’s hospital. Both findings raise significant concerns about future fertility issues for young people.
No wonder climate change/human plague catastrophic such as Bill Gates and Brett Sutton are so keen on mRNA vaxes.

It is a long time since I had much contact with the furniture market. Back then I was living with a relative of the owners of Artes Studios, which imported good quality stuff from Italy, Germany and Scandinavia and sold it at ridiculous prices to the Sydney nouveau riche in the 1980s.
As part of our split up settlement – I got the debts, but also the excellent furniture – I haven’t had to buy anything major since. However, most of it has reached its end and I’ve been getting rid of it prior to moving out next week. So, I’ll be looking to buy in the next few months.
In the 80s, Nick Scali was just starting up and they sold rubbish with a paper thin veneer of quality. Does anyone know what their stuff is like nowadays? It looks OK in the photos, but that’s no real guide.
Also, are there any retailers or brands that people recommend which won’t break the bank? I detest chipboard crap, but can’t afford thousands for an armchair either.

> ADEs as they found in virus vaccines for Dengue & the famous example in Marek’s virus in chooks<
Correct if I’m wrong, but I think these are two different things.
Antibody Dependent Enhancement is an effect in individuals, and occurs when vaccinated people’s immune system overreacts, causing eg cytokines storms, excess inflammation etc.
Leaky vaccines is a population effect. A vaccine that is less than 100% effective places selection pressure on viral mutation, such that the virus which can beat the vaccines mode of action, becomes the virus that infects the next host, vaccinated or not. The bacterial analogy might be like not finishing a course of antiobiotics.

Spot on, Docket. But you left out the final bits.
The only purpose of the vaccines (apart from making people like Gates even richer) is to facilitate the introduction of the ID, tracking, compliance and control system known as “vaccination passports”, and the reason for this system is totalitarian control of the population in general.

You go and talk to some virologists, especially viral geneticists. They have some fairly decent electron microscopes. And thank goodness we have these particular scientists, because they are the ones tagging new variants. On the other hand, they were the lunatics playing around with ‘gain of function’ just for fun of it, so it seems. Even our own CSIRO were in on it.
New variants don’t always come in as less mean. Especially in a world-wide panic where variants arise in different environments to simply a localised one. We have evidence for that in H1N1 influenza and the pandemic of 1919-21. I get my ‘flu shot each year precisely to cover new variants and I will happily get any improved Covid shot that also does this. My personal decision, it doesn’t have to be anyone else’s.

You are both right.
As Lizzie says, the virologists do this every day – they examine them under sophisticated equipment which reveals their shape, form et al.
But proving that a particular patient is INFECTED with COVID seems to be a different scenario and is particularly dependant on the number of cycles run in a PCR test. I don’t think this is disputed. It is just that our bureaucrats will not admit to incorrect procedures under their administration.

Mullumhillbilly – I confess I am not competent in virology.
But I am just repeating the concerns of some pretty eminent virologists that ADEs are a product of the “leaky vaccine” syndrome you are referring to.
It is explained in this way:
“ADE occurs when antibodies don’t block a virus from infecting cells, but instead improve its ability to infect cells. This phenomenon increases the risk that individuals with preexisting antibodies from previous natural infection or vaccination develop more severe disease when exposed again to the virus.”

It’s actually “Dr. Vicki” (not that it makes any difference). And as for your figures……what are you actually trying to say?
I have never been of the opinion that this is a negligible disease. There are significant mortalities reported globally & attributed to this virus. Many commentators and sceptics argue that these figures are misleading since the majority are patients who are advanced in age and/or with co-morbidities. That may be the case, I do not know.
But my argument has always been that there has always been early treatment for this virus which has been opposed by the authorities around the world because of contractual agreements with Big Pharma for vaccines released under Emergency provisions.
It is a scandal that is acknowledged by the latest endorsement by Fauci & others of the imminent release of anti-viral treatment therapy by several major pharmaceutical companies.

Never been a better time to make Jeannette Young the Governor of Queensland
THE MOCKER
Follow @Oz_Mocker
Queensland chief health officer Jeannette Young is to take up her new digs at Government House in November. Hoping desperately she can be persuaded to bring that date forward, I have taken the liberty of penning her swearing-in ceremony.
–
Whereas Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth the Second, has named Jeannette Rosita Young as Governor of Queensland.
And verily, Dr Young, your name has been synonymous with selfless devotion to public duty, particularly as the state’s chief health officer.
Without besmirching the good name of your predecessor, The Honourable Paul de Jersey, it must be said many Queenslanders have been counting down the days to this occasion, something that surely must be attributed to their universal admiration and love for you.
Throughout this pandemic, we have grown to love your trademark phrases, such as “I need you to” and “I am disappointed”. As you have proven, it is crucial that the public response to the virus is defined in the first person by the wants, needs, and feelings of an egocentric bureaucrat. Nothing symbolised better to citizens that the adults were in charge than your recent exhortation: “If we don’t do something really, really, really special in Queensland, we’ll be extending the lockdown.”
And regarding your position on Covid vaccinations, you really, really, really kept us guessing. On February 27 you declared: “The most important thing everyone can do from here is get vaccinated. I know I will be ready and 100 per cent confident when it is my turn in the queue.” Being designated as part of Phase 1B, it was your turn on March 21, although you did not elect to be vaccinated until more than two months later, and only after The Australian revealed that neither you nor Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk had done so.
On June 21 you declared: “I do want to continue to push to roll out the vaccine. I want every adult Queenslander 16 years of age and over able to have at least been offered the vaccine before I become governor, that’s absolutely my push over the time between now and November.” As to what direction you were pushing, that remains a mystery. Only eight days later you declared angrily “I do not want under 40s to get AstraZeneca … wouldn’t it be terrible that our first 18-year-old in Queensland who dies, related to this pandemic, died because of the vaccine?”
This was the same person who wrote in January: “Vaccines have allowed us to live, and they have allowed us to thrive. A life unimpeded by preventable disease and suffering is a gift, and it is one you all deserve. There will be those who are concerned that a Covid-19 vaccine will not be safe. It will be. There will be those who tell you that a Covid-19 vaccine will not have been properly tested. It has been. I ask you all to remember, science is not up for debate.”
Exactly what constitutes science has proved at times to be a vexed issue. We are to understand, for example, that it was science behind your decision to ban pilots from flying four World War II-era planes on Anzac Day last year. Just like it was science that motivated you last year to direct motorists driving alone to wear a mask.
It was science that saw you shut Queensland schools in March last year, despite there being no logical basis to do so. “If you go out to the community and say, ‘this is so bad, we can’t even have schools, all schools have got to be closed’, you are really getting to people,” you said in justifying this move, explaining this would help people understand the threat of Covid. “So sometimes it’s more than just the science and the health, it’s about the messaging,” you added. Because science is about really getting to people.
It was science that stipulated your decision in September to ban Canberra woman Sarah Caisip from attending her father’s funeral, notwithstanding she had travelled from the ACT, a jurisdiction that has not had a new case of Covid since July last year. It was science that led you to determine that celebrities such as singer Dannii Minogue could quarantine in her Gold Coast retreat, but that plebs had to enter hotel quarantine, a process that costs them thousands.
It was science that saw you bar people interstate from entering Queensland to see close family, while at the same time giving exemptions to 400 Australian Football League officials and Hollywood A-listers such as Tom Hanks. To quote that scientific formula you outlined last year, “I have given exemptions for people in entertainment and film because that is bringing a lot of money into this state and, can I say, we need every single dollar in our state”.
It was science that led you to regard AstraZeneca as having been brewed by Beelzebub himself. But only a month after decrying its use, science galvanised you to implore the over-60s to take that same vaccine. “We have plenty of AstraZeneca vaccine out in Queensland,” you said. Small wonder there was a surplus.
It was science that this week saw you stubbornly repeat your opposition to young adults receiving AstraZeneca, even when ATAGI amended its advice to specify those in hot spot areas should consult their doctor about doing just that. And it was science that just 24 hours later led to you changing your stance and advising the same.
Asked recently by an impertinent journalist whether you bear responsibility for the take-up rate of vaccination in this state you replied, “I don’t believe we have the highest vaccine hesitancy”. Your Excellency can rest assured knowing Queensland, of all the states and territories, has recorded not the lowest but the second-lowest percentage of those fully vaccinated, as well as those who have received their first dose.
But to housekeeping now, and as part of your duties, you are required to reside in a palatial mansion in leafy Paddington overlooking the Brisbane CBD. At your service will be, among others, chefs, a butler, a chauffeur, personal secretaries, gardeners, and footmen. They will all defer to you and treat you with reverence. It is envisaged Your Excellency will have no trouble adjusting to this aspect of your transition.
The role of Governor is largely a ceremonial one, hence you effectively must act upon the advice of whichever government is in office. It will also require you to keep your personal opinion to yourself and refrain from dictating the lives of others. It is envisaged Your Excellency will find this aspect most challenging.
Now is the time to relax, put your feet up, and enjoy the largesse provided by the taxpayer. Think of how far you have come since you were a young child. As you told The Courier Mail in December: “I loved the ballet but it wasn’t going to be a career. I might have dreamt about it, but … it couldn’t be. I wasn’t good at it.”
Your Excellency is far too modest. After all these years you can still execute the most breathtaking of pirouettes.

Would this suggest that Australia’s vaccine profile is just about perfect? Very high for the elderly and very low for everyone else?
On that basis we should end the lockdowns, stop campaigning for healthy people to be vaccinated, stop testing, let it rip, resume normal life.

In one of ScoMo’s very first speeches on the scamdemic after announcing the initial lockdowns, he said they (the Commonwealth government) would use “every means available” to get compliance with acceptance of a new vaccine when it became available. He even quoted the specific example of already existing reduced FTBA and FTBB payments to parents of children not vaccinated.
Since then it has become obvious that there isn’t, and never was, any great “pandemic”, just a huge scare campaign built around existing annual, seasonal deaths amongst the old and infirm.
Nonetheless Scomo and the Premiers and most of the MSM continue to push for vaccination and “Vaccination Passports” despite all the emerging evidence to the contrary that there is no “pandemic “, and coronavirus is easily avoided/treated with cheap, available Ivermectin, vitamin D, and in Australia, Zinc.
Marry that to a rapidly cooling planet and it all makes simple, horrible sense.

“Figures, what is it about the chemical composition of a virus or a bacterium which means it cannot act as a “poison”?”
Don’t tell me you’re going to start asking questions in good faith now Tim?
The answer is that they *can* act as a poison. Drink old milk for example and that’s what’s happening.
But it’s the *replication* that matters. Without that, the idea of contagion is meaningless.
Bacteria can only replicate by consuming dead/damaged cells. Given their ubiquity, if there was any way for them to replicate by consuming healthy cells then clearly no complex organism could exist. In short, bacteria can replicate and they can also be pathogenic, but they can’t be pathogenic through replication.
Drinking large amounts of bacteria can upset our biotic balance and we vomit or have the runs. But it’s *dose dependent*. That’s the key.
In fact, we can use this as further proof that germ theory is nonsense.
If germ theory were true, damage from drinking bacteria would be non-continuous and non-differentiable – ie once you went past a certain threshold of the germs to overwhelm the immune system, there wouldn’t be much difference if you had any more.
If I’m right, then the effects of drinking old milk would increase in a continuous and differentiable function. In short, drink a thimble full of old milk and nothing will happen. Drink a cup, you’ll feel quite sick, drink a litre, you will feel like death.
If germ theory was the explanation then you would get to a point (say a couple of thimbles) and the replication of the bacteria would take over from there and it would make little difference if you had any more (except maybe the time it takes you to get sick).
You can do this experiment yourself if you like but I think we both know the answer already.
It’s funny. We do experiments for practically everything at school (except nuclear physics) but we never do experiments on germ theory. You would think it was pretty critical and if safety was an issue we could presumably use “zoonotic germs” that couldn’t pass to humans. But no. We never do them because it’s all bullshit.
Now how do I do quotes/italics etc?

The good news is that the locals are ignoring lock down and are buying enmass. Apparently there has been a SM campaign. No doubt big tech will shut that down quickly.
