In my current capacity, I cannot fire Candace Owens. That’s something Ben and I have in common since he is also not an executive in the company and cannot hire or fire people.
But even if we could, we would not fire Candace because of another thing we have in common – a desire not to regulate the speech of our hosts, even when we disagree with them.
Candace is paid to give her opinion, not mine or Ben’s. Unless those opinions run afoul of the law or she violates the terms of her contract in some way, her job is secure and she is welcome at Daily Wire.

In the past week on Daily Wire Rabbi Barclay told Candace Owens it’s antisemitic to put Jewish suffering in the same conversation as any other tragedies, to not affirm October 7 as a unique tragedy worse than any other event except the Holocaust, to use the term “hag”, or to defend herself if a Rabbi attacks her first.
This was followed by ethnic Jew Andrew Klavan open declaration of Jewish supremacy, where he defined antisemitism to include Christians proclaiming “Christ is King”, hoping Jews convert to Christianity, or not recognising Jews as the chosen people and the source of the West’s success.
What you’re witnessing is what happens when the most privileged group in society is sheltered from all criticism or open discussion about their power for decades.

A couple of weeks after @woolfe sent his message (April 2023), I had another go through their appeals system which worked & my account was re-instated. The two events might be related? Twitter didn’t give any reasons as to why they agreed with my arguments this time as I used essentially the same reasoning as my previous attempts. However I did give examples of similar accounts which were banned for the same thing (questioning c19 vaccines) that had been re-instated, so that may have helped.

Donald Trump, the former US president and Republican candidate in November’s election in the United States, has warned Israel it is losing international support and should “finish up” its war in Gaza.
Trump said that while he would have reacted the same way as Israel after Hamas’s October 7 attack, in which more than 1,000 people were killed and more than 200 taken captive, it was time to end the conflict.
More than 32,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since Israel began its bombardment of the territory nearly six months ago.
“You have to finish up your war,” Trump told the Israel Hayom in an interview that the right-wing newspaper said had been recorded over the weekend. “You have to finish it up, you got to get it done.”
Trump’s comments were published after the United Nations Security Council voted for an immediate ceasefire. The measure passed after Washington abstained rather than using its veto.
Israel has said it will continue its offensive until Hamas is destroyed and the remaining captives are released, and wants to push into the southern Gaza city of Rafah, where more than a million Palestinians have taken refuge. The plan has raised concerns in the US.
“Israel has to be very careful, because you’re losing a lot of the world, you’re losing a lot of support,” Trump said during the interview.
