Seems big news though.  I had a hunch Gladys and the PM were following UK procedures somewhat.  Now they are in with Biden and Macron’s lot.

Australians though seems really to take to the bullying from police and dobbing on each other and excluding certain groups and feeling superior.   A societal change.

Quick! To the Batmobile! TV stars need your help:

The high-profile hosts of Sunrise, Australia’s most popular breakfast show, have refused to have their noses powdered and hair styled by any crew members who are unvaccinated, in what is likely to be a landmark development for the entire local television industry.

The Australian can reveal that the uprising at Sunrise, led by double-vaccinated hosts David Koch, Natalie Barr and Edwina Bartholomew, as well as the show’s executive producer Michael Pell, represents the unofficial first move towards mandatory vaccination in Australian TV.

But Seven’s morning TV pro-vaccination move attracted private grumbles from at least one Sunrise hair and make-up artist who is unvaccinated and therefore barred from working on the show.

    Good morning all.

I note that England and India cancelled the 5th Test at Old Trafford. Apparently the physio and coach have teh rona.

But the real reason seems to be the Indian Premier League starting 4 days after the scheduled final day of the Old Trafford game. Apparently the Indian franchises started sending private planes in to get their players out of England. This must be the new normal. Knuckle Dragger, what sayeth you about this debacle?

Interesting new restrictions on ivermectin. The TGA’s reasoning is 1. it will stop people getting tested and vaccinated 2. can be “associated” with adverse effects 3. takes the ivermectin away from people who need it such as Aborigines. https://www.tga.gov.au/media-release/new-restrictions-prescribing-ivermectin-covid-19

Now all that seems to indicate it works. Thank you TGA.

This COVID business has really exposed the new scientism as a method of public manipulation.

Air traffic controller about 25 years ago told me that at that time pilots mistook Essendon for Tulla

about once a week.Luckily most didn’t try to land.

    Report comment
  40. Professor Higgins says:

Both Essendon and Tulla have roughly N-S and E-W runways (+/- 10 degrees) so reasonably easy to mistake visually.

But if you have dialled up the correct Navaids you should know a long way out that you are pointed at the wrong airport (ie you have correctly selected Tulla Navaids but visually flying towards Essendon).

There displacement is 2-3 miles in both directions (Essendon to the SE of Tulla).

What did soneone say once about pilots who don’t use a knife and fork?
