What matters are the facts: did he have covid or not?

The facts: He did have COVID-19; caught it from his wife. He was well enough when checked on by NSW Health in the morning. Later that same day he deteriorated suddenly. He began coughing uncontrollably, then began vomiting, then died.

I know what you’re saying Winston- it takes a while to come to the realization that your government is at war with you. Especially if you’ve been brought up with the idea that you can and should trust authority- the crown and the nice lady in Buckingham Palace. My grandfather told me that the Eureka Stockade was rebellion against law and order and a bad thing. Since the establishment has revealed its true self- its contempt and hatred for ordinary working people, my opinion of Peter Labor has changed. You live and learn.

    Yes

Good to here on Kenny on Sky, following the PM’s presser that mandatory jabs will be left to the employer but, importantly, that they have to get over the significant hurdle of discrimination and reasonableness. It will be off to the Fair Work Commission.

As I said up thread we have completed our immunisation privacy forms – which means that no one can access that information, apart from Medicare. The other half has also decided that if his employer attempts push him to have a vaccination – really at the moment I can’t see that happening because half their workforce has been locked out – he’s going to ask for their actual covid-19 policy and also what coverage for workers compensation if something adverse were to happen. That should tie them up, fingers crossed.

“Our system of governance in this country is now broken beyond repair. There is so much wrong with it, that identifying every aspect will be a mammoth task.”
Rabz, the major issue in terms of governance, is the elected and non elected leaders of our society have abandoned the position they held as leaders.
Our politicians no longer see themselves as leaders of a free people, more shepherds leading a flock which is their property to fleece and dispose of as they wish.
Senior Businessmen, Judges, Clergy, University and school teachers no longer see us as individuals – just more herd animals to keep fenced in. Cared for perhaps, but disposed of as they wish.
None of them see themselves as part of our society and they do not acknowledge –
except in the most superficial and fawning ways – that they work for us.
    Protesting doesn’t work.
The Courts are captured and useless.
Elections, I strongly suspect, are invalid.
Our only recourse is violence. That’s not what most of us want, because we are a people who abide by the rules of law. Unfortunately those rules are now chains and we must throw them off. We didn’t ask for these chains but we have every right to attack those who attempt to enslave us.
    And we will do so.

Barry Urban: Disgraced ‘fake medal’ MP pleads guilty to seven charges, told he could be going to prison
Shannon Hampton & Joey CatanzaroThe West Australian
    Fri, 6 August 2021 4:01PM

Disgraced former Labor MP Barry Urban has been warned that he could be going to jail after he pleaded guilty to charges of forging records and lying to State Parliament.

Urban, who was forced to quit politics amid a fake medal scandal, had maintained his innocence for years, and was preparing to face a District Court trial on a raft of fraud charges in May.

But his tune changed today when he pleaded guilty to seven charges — three counts of forging a record in 2001, 2005 and 2007, and four counts of giving false evidence to Parliament in January 2018.

His plea meant a 14 offences were discontinued by prosecutors, who said it was not in the “public interest” to pursue them.

Investigations by The West Australian, and later an inquiry by a parliamentary committee, revealed Urban was revealed to have worn fake police medals and had lied about his academic and police service history.

In what was one of WA’s worst political scandals, it was found Urban forged documents, including a record of a University of Leeds degree, a University of Portsmouth certificate of higher education and references.

He also lied to State Parliament’s powerful procedure and privileges committee about his involvement in a British police task force that investigated atrocities in the Balkans in 1998.”

A slight clarification. Cain Jr was not the *Director* of Public Prosecutions but was the Chief Solicitor of the *Office* of Public Prosecutions, meaning that he advised the Director concerning all these cases. Effectively there’s no difference as his advice would shape the decisions of the DPP.

“In the biological destruction there are the organised tempests on the magnetic fields. What will follow are the contamination of the bloodstreams of mankind, creating intentional infections. This will be enforced via laws that will make vaccination mandatory. And these vaccines will make it possible to control people. The vaccines will have liquid crystals that become hosted in the brain cells, which will become micro-receivers of electromagnetic fields where waves of very low frequencies will be sent. And through these low frequency waves people will be unable to think, you’ll be turned into a zombie.

BTW, my history teacher at school went to Belsen – in April 1945, as a soldier in the British XI Armoured Division. He was an extraordinarily placid, genial, good-natured man, but he didn’t take kindly to the FGR school of historical revisionism.

on a site with an anti-Semite

    Let’s have some reality.

On the old dead and gone catallaxyfiles.com the blog owner almost invariably allowed the Avian to have free rein for quite some time each time that he presented. It usually wasn’t until Bird got well wound up and the people who were then out of their depth started bleating that Sinc did anything about him. Then he would dramatically pronounce “smite” or laconically say “bye Graeme”, at the same time deleting all of the Bird’s words.

So well loved by the Cat hoi-polio was Graeme that being present at one of his visitations was mostly regarded as a badge of honour. So much so that latecomers would lament his leaving and that they had missed out on being there when he was.

So, all this fuss about his appearances here on this blog is just posturing rubbish, in my opinion.

Anti-semites don’t look at evidence honestly. They _know_ the answer before they start. It’s quite pointless arguing with obsessive lunatics.

No one is interested in your views yet you persist in spouting.
Scrolling overlooks your sullied remarks, yet doing so does not of course remove them.
Your singular intention is therefore nothing other than an attempt to sully the site with your ugly words.
You become the words of your mouth.

I’m not given to using expletives too often. But in this case I’m going to make an exception.

    Just fuck off, you imbecile!

For your information hundreds, if not thousands, of photos of what the Nazis did were taken by the U.S. forces when they arrived at the concentration camps. The Nuremberg Trials fully presented to the court what had happened.

    You’re a disgusting individual.

I’m ringing the bell for Adam, please shunt this arsehole and don’t let him back.

Maybe the Holocaust deniers just can’t handle the reality mentally and emotionally and simply have blocked it over many years and now such denial is a truth to them, but it started initially as being overwhelmed and blocking it mentally to cope.

Hard to understand how an individual can deny massive evidence of something,
although some folks deny the moon landing but that seems just laughable/stupid.

Fully agree- he has to go.

I recommend the latest Spiked podcast where Brendan O’Neil talks to Melanie Phillips. A bit depressing tbh.

Driving around today I was thinking of all the comments re employees being more or less forced to accept the Covid jab. I think we have been looking at this entirely the wrong way.

If your employer starts insisting that employees get the jab, don’t be confrontational, don’t do anything silly like quit or threaten to punch heads. Instead be all reasonable, even agreeable.

But then ask your boss where you and the company will stand with worker’s compo payments if you end up crippled. Remind your boss that the pharmaceutical companies have already been indemnified against paying damages, so it looks like workers compo would be your only redress.

I’ve already checked out the info at the Fair Work Ombudsman site, and I think the answer is pretty straight forward. But your boss might be a little startled though.

Come Monday I will be emailing some of the bigger law firms to see what they have to say. I’ll report back on the results.

That is brilliant. If there’s one thing they don’t want it’s a leap in their workers’ comp premiums.

    Winston,
Back before they became illegal Marilyn and I used to give them as birthday and Christmas presents, complete with a crate of ammo. I also used to run courses in their use at a bush range up in the Sunshine coast hinterland. All told several thousand rounds were fired.

In all time and all that ammo I was never presented one misfire or jam.

Stick your opinion up your puckered arse.

I’ve had dealings with Bird for over 12 years at places like Jennifer Marohasy’s blog. He was at times brilliant about alarmism and the bullshit which went with it. But it was obvious even then that he was manic and would lose control. But then there was none of this vile antisemitism. I only encountered that after I turned up at Catallaxy a few years ago. By then Bird had drifted away from Jennifer’s or been banned; I have never discussed it with her. He never appeared at Jo Nova’s.

Make no mistake Bird, based on what I have seen here, is a deeply disturbed person. His paranoia has consumed him and he is beyond rational conversation. But such is his brilliance it seems there is a method to his madness. The words seems to have a coherence but there is no empathy behind them just conspiratorial paranoia.

I have also said that he cannot be tolerated for legal reasons. What he says is illegal: the Holocaust happened and antisemitism is rife in the ME and unfortunately many Western nations. To that extent what Bird says is consistent with the ideology behind antisemitism but the way he goes about it takes it a step further into the psychology of obsessive-compulsiveness.
