I wonder if Alan Tudge is on the “cusp of being sacked” or this is PM Morrison doing a focus group poll overnight to see whether it’s a good move. Either the LNP think an allegation from a woman in the past is a reason for sacking a chap or they don’t.

Scott Morrison of late, especially with the ukulele, is acting odd. The ukulele an instrument associated with Hawaii. What was his motive for that segment on 60 minutes. Mrs Morrison taking blame for the Hawaii trip because the girls needed a holiday. I wonder if he took up playing the ukulele as some kind of statement about the Hawaii trip. There is a bit of strangeness there.

Why liberals are unabashedly taking Islamist position in hijab controversy

Malala has come a long way from being a young Pakistani girl who dared to look in the eyes of the Taliban when they threatened her from attending school. In 2012, she was shot in the head by the Islamist militia for her campaign in favour of the education of girls in Pakistan. She then thought “wearing a burqa is like walking inside a big fabric shuttlecock with only a grille to see through and on hot days it’s like an oven”, as she confessed in her memoir, I Am Malala.

Today, 10 years later, in the comforts of the ultra-liberal West, Malala’s worldview seems to have turned upside down: Hijab today symbolises freedom for her. It helps Muslim women fight against their sexist commodification.

Just had a quick chat with Daughter. She is still hyped and super angry about wicked tactics used against the protesters. They actually sounded a warning siren and then depoyed LRADs, sonic weapons which caused headaches, palpitations and general malaise.

I’m shocked that a democratic government would do this to its own people, especially whilst excusing BLM and ER protesters.

Delta, your daughter joined the protest and saw what happened at close quarters. She can actually talk about her experience to others and compare it to BLM protests.

Australia is one of the fortunate countries having its federal elections within a year of the restrictions and lockdowns and just a couple of months from the Canberra Convoy. If, on Election Day, voters cannot recall how democratic governments (Uniparty) have treated them, and boot them off, it will be far more shocking.

Now is the time for everyone who understands what is happening to pass the message to those who don’t. A big change is possible if there are enough voters who are prepared to fight for it.

In the last 24 hours w&s produced 18% or 2160 MW. Renewables are entirely sustained by subsidies. Coal cannot compete because when the renewables are producing, about 20% of the time, usually in the middle of the day when demand is lowest, coal cannot sell it’s electricity and must buy large scale energy certificates from the renewables. The subsidies, certificates and preferential access to the market are why renewables are cheaper then coal.
